Thank you for your question. 1. Draw the plane object between your surface and the object. 2. Get closer to the plane of the object. (make sure to convert to the editable poly) 3. Put the skin wrap modifier into the object. 4. Click the "Add" button and select the plane. 5. make sure to tick the "weight all points" in the skin modifier 6. Reselect the plane 7. Go to the Freeform tab and select the draw on Surface 8. Then click the Pick and select the surface your want to blend the object 9. Finally click the Conform and draw. 10. Polycount is very important for good results
