2:10 닭의 날개 끝과 꽁지, 겉의 기름기가 많은 부분을 잘라준다
2:28 배 안의 이물질들을 빼고 깨끗이 씻어준다
3:07 냄비에 물, 한방팩을 넣고 중불로 끓인다
3:32 닭 안에 불린 찹쌀 1컵, 대추 2알, 통마늘 3개를 넣고 잘 여민 뒤 나무 꼬치로 고정한다
5:20 영양가 있는 수삼을 함께 넣고 중불로 계속 끓인다
7:25 대파 2대를 썰어 넣고 계속 끓인다
11:45 부추를 닭을 삶은 물에 살짝 데친다
11:55 닭을 그릇에 담고 부추를 고명으로 올린 후 국물을 담아주면 완성!

0:47 부침가루 2컵과 물 1과 2/3컵을 넣고 취향에 따라 계란을 넣는다
0:52 부추, 김치, 청양고추, 대파 등의 재료를 송송 썰어 담는다
