What is Shady Vance talking about? Parents can already make a deduction from their federal taxes for each of the children they have so that's already a tax break.
He's saying they should be in a different tax bracket, not deductions. Me personally, I think those without kids should get the tax breaks. Why should a white trash woman with job and 4 kids with more on the way he rewarded? There is a difference between need and greed. If you have 2 kids and aren't working having another shouldn't entitle you to more. Also food stamps should be that, food stamps. If you get any subsidy you shouldn't get any back in taxes. Also people on welfare shouldn't get actual money. They should get vouchers for stuff and only stuff necessary to survive. If you can afford energy drinks, tattoos, Netflix and game consoles you can feed your kids without help.
