Really excited for this series, I have a question tho. If Titans will be connected, would it be another Earth or Earth-1? Also would Batman have a role in this timeline? I know Batwoman cast Warren Christie but I feel like early Arrowverse wanted to be connected to the Nolan trilogy.
Titans would be another earth, as cool as it would be I just don't think the show fits Earth 1. As for Nolan's Batman that one is definitely impossible. It is because of Christopher Nolan that we aren't allowed to have Batman in a tv show (not even the Penguin which is in the Matt Reeves universe) As for having Batman in the series, I want to be as realistic as possible. I have plans for the character and have even began foreshadowing him just a little but I think it's unrealistic for the CW to give him a show or something like that. WB would never allow it.
Nice rewrite but I think there could've been more changes that would've made the story better like have Oliver be on the island a lot longer and fully flesh out Roys backstory. Say Oliver spent a year on the island surviving on his own using his archery skills. Then a group of mercenaries lead by Edward Fyers come to Lian Yu on a boat filled with prisoners. They use the old prison built on the island to enslave people and make them work to make drugs. Oliver is captured by Fyers and his men and enslaved for 4 years. During those years he befriended Yai Fei who helped train him to fight and perfect his archery skills. Yai Fei and Oliver escape from the prison and while in hiding they run into shadow and slade. Who are mercannary couple on a mission to stop take down Fyers operation. Yai Fei dies but not before making Oliver and Slade promise to protect Shadow. And as for Roy his father was a firefighter who died in a forest fire saving some kids and his mother died of a drug overdose. Roy bounced around foster homes until he was taken in by a Navajo couple. His adoptive father taught him how to survive in the wilderness and use a boy and arrow. His foster father was killed in a home invasion and now he lives alone.
I get what you are saying, but I from the bottom of my heart I consider the season 1 flashback storyline to be perfect and I didn't feel the need to change things. I have already picked an year out for Oliver to survive on lian yu alone just like in the comics (cough cough year 5). As for Roy I admit I didn't put a lot of work in with his father, the way I did with his mom. Maybe I'll add your ideas to the season 3 rewrite and credit you. Thanks for posting
Oliver Queen must always end up with Dinah Lance (Laurel in the show) Anything else is just heresy. As for the Flash I am gonna keep him with Iris. I hate to break it to you but even if he had ended up with Caitlin everything you hate about Iris would be done by Caitlin instead. It would be Caitlin in season 4 telling Barry "we're the flash" and it would be Caitlin in season 5 getting mad at Barry for sending Nora to the future. Somethings have nothing to do with the character and/or actress and everything to do with the writers. Like I said I am keeping Iris x Barry not because I love it (I personally always preferred Patty from season 2 by a landslide) but simply because it's what is meant to be and I love comic book accuracy as much as possible, but I promise you even though I may not make it the best written couple ever to make it leagues better than what we got in the show.
I don't know how much I agree with that but either way they both paled in comparison to the real Count Vertigo from the comics or young justice. The Rewrite version will hopefully be an improvement of both adaptations

i mean havent watched yet but why would anyone change seasons 1,2,5,8 the other seasons are the ones that need changing
1) To set up the seasons that need changing
2) To improve thing I personally never liked
3) To set up Crisis on Infinite Earths
