    0:00| Intro
    3:04 | Why I don’t trust the news.
4:48 | We dig into conspiracy theories.
7:25 | What we think about the Jeffrey Epstein conspiracy
12:20 | Why it’s getting harder and harder to be informed.
    13:33 | Tim says, “There are things I wish I didn’t know…” I ask why.
16:15 | How paying attention the narrative makes you see through the news.
16:50 | We discuss Mayor Pete Buttigieg. And why he’s scary
17:57 | Why politics is a game… and how it tricks most of society
21:50 | We dig back into the Jeffery Epstein conspiracy… and question why he was let off the hook 12 years ago
23:55 | The process of how Tim Dillon makes fun of the world’s chaos
26:56 | “To be funny, I reserve the right to not make sense.” - Tim Dillon
    28:22 | Ask why.
29:27 | How politicians make their millions.
31:40 | How Trump got elected
35:06 | What I like and don’t like about Andrew Yang. We break down his thoughts on automation, universal basic income, student loan debt, the job market, etc.
46:15 | How to develop a strong point of view. And turn it into comedy
46:35 | The problem with telling everyone they should be their own boss
52:35 | I tell Tim what was wrong with going to Tai Lopez’s house
56:40 | The difference between selling information and ideas
59:28 | Why Tim Dillon makes fun of Gary Vaynerchuk… “I have to call out things that are funny. It’s funny to have someone all day tell you to hustle or grind. It’s especially funny when there is no mental healthcare in the country and that’s all you get. All you get is a guy on Instagram telling you to hustle. That’s funny to me. It’s kooky.” - Tim Dillon
1:01:18 | How the government used psychedelic drugs to try to shift the way people think
1:02:50 | We talk the weirdest facts related to the assassination of JFK
1:06:55 | We talk about entrapment… and what’s odd about the Boston Marathon bombing
1:11:06 | The solution to dealing with scary conspiracies
1:12:00 | The only voices we can trust in news…
1:13:10 | How politics impact the market… and who’s benefiting behind the scenes
1:15:49 | When will the college bubble burst?
1:18:44 | I ask Tim about the current landscape of being a comedian. What platforms do you need to be on to “make it?”
1:24:00 | How to figure out if you have a worth or viewpoint worth sharing
1:34:44| How Tim deals with his family’s reactions to his comedy
1:36:25 | I tell Tim my career transition into writing
1:38:54 | What makes creating in New York different from creating in California
1:43:00 | Don’t pander. The importance of authenticity… and taking a strong stance
1:45:35 | The first time Tim ever turned his opinion into art
    1:49:08 | Outro
    Quotes from this episode:
“There’s a complete disconnect between happiness and knowledge.” - Tim Dillon
“History is written by the 1% of winners who have a very specific agenda to get their narrative of the events on top of all the other news with different perspectives.” - James Altucher
“The happiest people I know are not informed. Ignorance is, to an extent, bliss. I mean if you find out the way the world works, I don’t know that you’re going to be happier or better for it ” - Tim Dillon
“The ship is headed towards the iceberg and we all see the iceberg, but we can’t do anything about it.” - Tim
“If you’re still trying to be rational now, you’re crazy.” - Tim Dillon
“That’s the big rabbit hole. The rabbit hole is just the question why?” - Tim Dillon
“As a comedian, the baseline of my job is to say, ‘This seems odd.'” - Tim Dillon
“We’ve taxed a lot of people. Rarely does it end up in the hands of people who need it.” - Tim Dillon
“If you find out the way the world works, I don’t know if you’re going to be happier or better for it.” - Tim Dillon

Not even joking, I spent like the first half of 2020 listening to Joe pod religiously.
I had seen Tim on once, but thought he was like some cooky coked out fat guy making a mockery of "conspiracy" stuff. But I saw him on a second time and went, hey this guy is actually hilarious and very well informed on many topics.
I've seen this "haven't even watched joe since..." kind of comments, but I literally have not deliberately watched jre since I found Tim, other than when tims been on.
I respect Joe for his hard work, but damn if the guy isn't even funny and seems to have lost his edge now that (it seems like) he's drinking more and smoking less now that he's in Texas.

There is more to mind control than using LSD etc. They also do it using "CULTure" under the name of social engineering but effectively turning culture into an industry. Using stuff like the movies, news, social media, music, etc. This type of method was used since Rome and was even written about by Plato. Then stuff like the radio, and then television made it incredibly powerful and was only refined by people like Bernays. Then there was even methods developed by people like Hegel using the identity politics red vs blue stuff. If you look back to the 50s onward there is a good example of how when you abruptly change the culture every 10 years you can basically fragment the family. Making it hard for a mother and father to even understand their child. As we've moved forward to the 2000s~ the culture is so fragmented into micro cultures that there is these small micro communities and the idea of community is slowly dying.
If you look into things like cybernetics, the macey confrences, bernays, think tanks like the frankfort institute, club of rome, east india house. There has always been an effort to keep the populace distracted and confused. What better way to keep them from asking questions about what the ruling elite is doing. They even have the majority of the populace calling history; "conspiracy theories" and completely writing off history and following the paid programming.
Theres a lot of good people like Tim that are being honest with themselves and their viewers but this goes so much deeper than most people know because this is a battle for your actual soul. The greatest deception ever was when satan convinced the entire world he doesnt even exist. Become a new man/woman by opening your mind to salvation through Christ. Because all of this is so much more serious than you understand.

Agreed he is too nice. But he is totally wrong about Yang's take on automation. It is in no way fear mongering, it is not the "next industrial revolution", it is in fact a complete paradigm shift. And it is uncomfortable that a large % of people hand wave the subject with vague assurances like "there will be more jobs" ......
Why? literally why would there? The AI we already have can do jobs more difficult than what the super majority of humans do. Why would you assume that the AI wouldn't be able to do those future jobs as well?

I'm in between James and Yang when it comes to automation. I don't think James made a very competent argument on automation taking good paying jobs. I think he's going to be sick when he realizes it's not only low skilled jobs automation is coming for. A.I. is poised to take higher skilled jobs from creative writers like movie, TV, book, news articles, etc., and take jobs like accounting, secretarial work, administration,
The next 50 years will be the most transformative in human history, until the next 50yrs, and so on.

also if people, governments, countries, businesses, communities... become focused on living local, healthy... that would help, that would be amazing... if we got rid of factory farming, businesses like walmart, toxic large businesses with products that have huge carbon footprints... i mean that’d create not just real human jobs but more importantly businesses. small, locally owned and ran businesses

In other interviews I've seen him in, he's more goofy and less serious. I suppose this is because I've only seen him interact with other comedians.

Tim rarely appreciates other people's view on the status quo so the fact that he went on a podcast with 34k subs goes to show that this guy "gets it" on a level thats in line with what Tim discusses frequently and that he's so successful that he could go into a dumpster and get 100k views cause he's truly the best comedian I'm the game right now hes got the comedy scene on lock right now and is doing Chris Farley proud wether he means to or not amd it's not cause he's a fat white guy he truly has that style and talent for comedy that flows so naturally that it never feels forced he really is just flat out hilarious through and through

The reason so many are with Yang on how millions will loose their jobs is because they understand how automation works. We are use to have an advance improving a specific job and that will create other opportunities. With automations things are much more generalized. An old style of coding made a computer good at playing Chest, the modern way made a computer been able to beat all humans in all styles of games, from strategy, to shooting, to driving,... Same will happen soon with our industry, a very advanced base code will be able to not just dive but to also be adapted to substitute humans in doing about every job where the kind of learning needed for driving is applied.
The range of jobs, including software developers, automated systems will be able to code 99% of what humans do now, that will be affected far surpass what most people speaks about.
