    1) Use adversity as fuel! (Turn disadvantages into advantages/ Ask ys, what can I learn, how can I improve/ use challenges as motivators/train & plan as if difficulty could arrive at any time/difficulty strengthens the mind/shift focus to future, using pain as energy to keep progressing/use challenges to your afvantage to fuel your best 2)Pursue virtue not pleasure 3)Manage expectations/see setbacks as feedbk/be compassionate w flaws 4)Separate externals fr internals/master internal factors rather than chasing external ones/the happiness of your life depends on quality of your tho'ts/5) overcome neg emotions w reason, objectivity, space, constructive response 6) REFRAME PROBLEMS/use constructive questions like what can I learn fr this; might this benefit me in ways I don'r yet see/shift focus to resolve issues pragmatically/what solutions can I brainstirm/what solutions/how can I prevent this problem going forward/avoid dwelli g on prob itself/quickly ask what now, what next to spark growth & progress/adopting a solutions mentality builds resilence & confidence/be motivated knowing you possess the resourcefulness to handle whatever comes/challenges become exciting opportunities to improve/each problem solved strengthens confidence to face future probs/obstacles only propel you to greater heights 7)Limit your desires/aim to need little/
