- Hallo meine Lieben!
Heute möchte ich euch die Entstehung meines ersten Bildes dieser Art zeigen und gleichzeitig damit am Contest von ✿scrap-o-fimo✿ teilnehmen.
Das Bild bekom seinen Titel nach der Entstehung. Mein Focus fiel sofort auf die Uhr und die Käfige. Da die Zeit (besonders beim kreativen Gestalten) wie im Fluge vergeht bekam mein Bild den Titel "Time flies like a bird".
Vielleicht möchte ich die Zeit manchmal auch in einen Käfig sperren und festhalten!
Nun wünsche ich euch (insbesondere dir liebe Sabrina) viel Spaß beim anschauen.

Liste verwendeter Materialien:
- Leinwand, Schere, Serviettenkleber, transparenter Kleber, Bosch GluePen, diverse Pinsel, selbstgemachte Strukturpaste, Spachtel, Klebepads
- selbsgemachte Schablonen aus Stanzen
- das weiße Gitter ist eine Datei aus dem Silhouette Store
- alle grauen Teile, wie die Zweige, die Uhr, die Lampe sind Stanzen und mit der Big Shot gestanzt
- diverse Charms, Häkelbordüre, Papierblüten, Papierblätter, Metallornamente, Reisverschluss, Kronkorken, Perlen, Halbperlen, Büroklammern, Kordel, Acrylblüten, Knöpfe, Muscheln... einfach alles was mir aus meinem Sammelsurium in die Hände fiel
- Gesso
- Sprühfarben von Faltkarten.com; ich empfehle euch bei euren Werken Farben auf Acylbasis zu verwenden, diese sind auf Wasserbasis und nicht so geeignet für Projekte diese Art
- Maya Gold
- diverse Glitzersteinchen

So very creative. I would never have thought of any of this! I don't mean to be such an "American," but I would haved liked a set of instructions & list of supplies in English, too, so I could attempt to play with your wonderful idea. +Nicoles Kreative Welt Eine blöde Frage hätte ich noch. Ist das weiße "Zeug" mit dem du immer über die Schablonen streichst (blöd erklärt von mir ich weiß :D) Bastelleim? Oder was nutzt man da?
+xXNinutschkaXx Das ist Strukturpaste. die kann man fertig kaufen oder selbst machen. Bei TH-cam gibt es einige Rezepte dafür.

This is amazing - I love all the colours you incorporated into this piece of work :) However, I definitely think it would help everyone of you listed the products you use, either in the description, or within the actual video. This is a lovely piece of mixed media...i did start to get bit bored n confused as most of the elements you stuck on to your canvas had no relation to the title or theme of your art work...i did however finish watching to the end and relised that what you stuck down was not to go with the theme of your art work but it was to help in texture building...so my confusion went wen i realised that...lol....was that inka gold wax you used at the end..? ....truley is a beautyfull piece of art...well done and thank you for shareing your video with us 😁

Das ist so wunderschön! Es hat defintiv sehr meinen Geschmack getroffen :D Die Vorgehensweise, erst zum Schluss mit Gesso drüber zu gehen und dem ganzen Farbe zu verleihen, finde ich richtig genial. So naheliegend, aber gekommen wäre ich darauf wohl erstmal nicht :) Die Farbsprays, die du benutzt hast, sind von Faltkarten, oder? Weißt du zufällig noch, welche Farben (/Farbname) du benutzt hast? Liebe Grüße :)

Ja, ich habe die Farben von Faltkarten.com benutzt und zwar folgende:
hellcreme, cappuccino, türkis, blau und dunkelbraun.

Vielen Dank das du mitmachst, darüber freue ich mich sehr. Am Anfang habe ich erst gedacht eine Menge aufgeklebt aber da du auch wie ich mit der Gesso Technik arbeitest verschwindet einiges und es wirkt harmonisch ;-) Die Farben sind wirklich toll. I know nobody cares but I want to get into this now, I love it. Problem and really bothering me I can't do so cuz back broke 4 places and now surgery? Trying to figure out how to get supplies and do rhe canvases? I will figure this out?
I wish I spoke German. This is amazingly beautiful. I loved it. I would definitely watch every video if I knew how to translate the steps. Did the description say, "homemade structure paste?" Could you share that recipe? I am just starting mixed media. The modeling paste at the only craft store anywhere near me costs $16 USD for 8oz. If I had the recipe, I wouldn't feel like I have to be so careful with the amount I use. Your projects are seriously inspiring. Thanks for sharing.

+Babsi Stachowitz Hallo! Ich hab die Sprühfarben von Faltkarten.com benutzt. Ich musste aber feststellen das die für solche Projekte nicht geeignet sind. Sind ehr für Papier gedacht. Ich werd demnächst mal Acrylfarbe mit Wasser vermischen und das dann ausprobieren. LG Nicole

this is very inspiring i do have to say i dont understand why you and everyone else for that matter bother putting the newspaper strips in the beginnning it is definetly not visible you can just make out the modeling paste .lol

Even if you can't make out the text in the end it does add a layer of texture that you would be able to see in person. If she hadn't put that in or added the texture paste it would have been missing something. The most unfortunate part of watching a video is that you don't necessarily is all the texture that actually is there that you would see in person. The cameras just don't pick it up.

Hey Nicole. I have ordered the ink-spray colors from Germany. And have made a canvas. I paint it yesterday (morning). And took my hairdryer to dry the canvas. Now 26 hours after it still hasnt dryed. And where I have used Gesso the colour is very different and much lighter. Allmost White. WHAT do I do Wrong?? Ha ha. Hope you Can help. Thank you. 😝
Linda Hansen Hello Linda! The color drys very slowly. It took 3 Weeks. Unfortunately, the color isn`t waterproof. I`ll buy another color. To work with paper, the color ist perfect. I hope I could help you! Greeting from Germany ;)
Linda mine does the same. I'm not sure if you can tell in this video and I can't read German, but it's a layers game. Spray lightly, dry, spray, dry, continue until you get the color/depth your after. And spray brand will effect it as well. Some are more pigmented than others and all gesso brands, molding paste, etc take color differently. I actually use latex caulking as it takes color well and comes in white and clear and is cheap. Hope this helps you some! Oh, you also need patience for this canvas, lots of it, LOL!
