Nice! Glad I've been following for so long! Congratulations on the wedding!
I listen to your thorough and precise thought process, then check the pot size. Okay, that's OVERTHINKING for a small pot! Kyle, your style still reminds me of Steven Wright, low energy but very precise. Sunday 12 June 2022, 1500 HRS EST.

Nice to see you back Kyle. No way he had hearts with you on that hand. There's no combination of hands left with two hearts in it that a tight player would 3 bet. I really thought AA

Listen - for movie integration and giggle-inducing clip jump cuts - Kyle is the absolute GOAT. I like the hands and breakdowns - but man do I get excited to see which movie you're going to clip and insert in hilarious ways. LOVED the 8-of-hearts turn cut-to Willy Wonka. So good. Please keep it up!

Damn... that A4 vs 44 hand. I was thinking opponent had AK or maaayybe KK based on how tight you said they were. But 44 and 55 definitely make sense too, but you would have discounted the 44 as not likely because OBVIOUSLY you have a 4...
"Set mining" is a rudimentary poker play that even OMC can implement if you make it cheap pre-flop. Tight/OMC player didn't raise because they were afraid of the straight. Lesson learned here is if you make it cheap preflop and on the flop keep ALL pocket pairs in your opponent's range, even if you block it, because coolers happen!
All that being said you definitely lost the minimum anyway because you knew their tendencies.

@5:12 how do you have the hand you wish your opponent has? Missed spades, sure... but not AK/AQ or even a heart flush because those are all hands that beat you or chop that you can bluff off. That's the reason for bluffing. I guess you forgot to factor in AJ/KJ/KQ too.

Big overplay...you had the stone cold nuts & the only bad rivers to worry about is the board pairing & maybe a heart but that might not kill any action if he had the Q. Let him blast off or maybe check/call the river there.
Cool throwback pic at the end, when you first introduced her idk if she was some random thot but you seem to have history & a great connection...congrats & good luck.

    • @kylefischl6841

Best advice is listen to what your body is telling you. If you don’t want to be there anymore, do not force yourself to continue. It will lead to worse decisions and will cost you in the long run.
It is good to stand up and walk outside ever few hours and just check how you are feeling. Ask yourself if the table is good, are your making good decisions, is your position in relation to the tougher players good, are you still focused and paying attention.
Sometimes if a condition is bad or focus is waning, just changing tables can make the middle of a session can make you feel like it is a new session. Focus more as you are reestablishing reads on a new table can help you extend hours if you have a winning hourly.

Felt like you bet a little strong when you had the nuts, based on your description of the tight opponents, but you certainly made your bank when you had, and surrendered when you had not. Thanks for the laying out your thought process. Best of Luck 😎👍 ** ps - very difficult to read the board without graphics!

IMO for that JKhh hand, I would prefer just slow playing and calling the turn bet since you are in position. Assuming your opponent has the Q of hearts and makes the flush on the river, he could jam. Even if he misses, he could jam anyway considering he has already committed so much to the pot. I could be too results-oriented, but jamming it all in on the turn probably raised alarm bells to your opponent. Regardless, I still see where you are coming from, in case the board pairs on the river and he has AA.

I find it funny that you called the second angle the “vlogging optimal seat”. That’s how I feel about where you started the session- the seats at the end capture all the action and then my notes don’t have to be so detailed- I can just go back and watch the footage.
Congrats on getting married. One of the hardest/most rewarding things you’ll ever do.

    • @timgray3311

You notice he doesn’t put the board up with graphics. He show the actual board. May be what he’s talking about.

    • @7CardFlushPoker
      @7CardFlushPoker 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

@@timgray3311 oh I think you’re right. His angle tho does t pick up any of the other player’s action, which means he has to keep more detailed notes. 6 to 1, half dozen to the other I guess.
