My idea for layer three enemies was for them to be like monsters that would drop oil everywhere and just light it on fire setting traps around the player and there being a path released with layer 3 called "Forest fire" that just let you spread oil around you like the monsters in layer three
And my idea for the bossfight was a cultist at the end that would use the vents to spew fire and require you to dodge around the arena

i really hope bloodrend isn't an attunement, because first of all, using blood as a resource would be hell if you're stealing it from others, and second, it's said in the game that chaser's hemokinetic abilities are from an oath with the 2nd prophet
it's like contractor but blood and 2nd rather than 4th prophet, yet people are begging to change the lore and make it an attunement instead

I was thinking the environmental hazard would be minor life drain, like -1% hp every 5/10 seconds, and this is unhealable almost like the wither effect (can tell by like an orange hue on the affected hp)
but right before the boss is a respite area where your lungs recover and you can heal back to 100%

Ok so, I have some thoughts on layer 3, let me cook rq
Since L1 is a open world space, and L2 is a dungeon like layer, L3 could be more of a open world area like Scyphozia.
Also, like L1 with the Insanity(idk if l2 gives insanity too)and l2 with the parasitic snow(and the floor 2 time thing too if that counts), layer 3 could also have an environmental effect. Im thinking of something heat related, that would cause you to catch on fire randomly, and players with survivalist boon or flamecharm uses would have more resistence to it
To get there, get killed with a stained health bar and 30+ drowns, or a quest with the ignition union(the union are usually fire themed so layer 3 being based around them would be cool). The quest could be to call in a deepdriller to leave layer 2(of course, some previous requirements are needed because of the escape deepdriller, maybe having a bad reputation with the ignition union, which would cause them to call in a faulty deepdriller that would go to layer 3)
Would pretty much screw over pves who have max rep with every faction, maybe make it so that you can choose to either call in the drill to escape or go deeper

I think it would be closer to the third circle of Hell.
I speculate that the depths and its layers are based on Dante's inferno. Layer 1 is limbo (The Depths), layer 2 is a storm with endless, and layer 3 will have something to do with gluttony (probably black rain and snow)

if the game had the layer-ish terrain, for example the primadon one idk what it's called, maybe i would've belived it, not looking at the 100 incorrect stuff i've noticed (in it the older flourish). I still enjoyed the video, better than any layer 3 runs i've seen. (the music rocks tho)
this is what deepwoken needs, nobody ever asked for goofy conquest, and they arent even releasing it anytime soon
Alwaysafk already made a faster run. You can just use gale jump to skip the start part that will save you a lot of time

I would recommend making your world a little less blocky to make it more realistic. But don’t get me wrong amazing map design cool story and characters. Also that boss fig he with dual hero blades at the end was so cool, only if deepwoken could actually have dual blades. Really good job.

Isn't layer 3 home to giant ? Pretty sure it's stated in the pleetsky inferno description but i really hope it's more like layer 1 then layer 2 where we can actualy freeroam and dl stuff without having to kill some boss
