What if Employer is not doing e-sign and acting like I dont know? I have faced similar situation .The EPFO is not taking any actions against those employers who is not doing it in right way .They are not doing any followups .This needs to be addressed by supreme court of india.

I want to get my UAN number(EPF), name and date of birth corrected. Please tell me. I had filled the joint declaration form with the company, which was rejected by the PF office. Now, I am not able to fill the new reconciliation form or else I am not able to contact the company. Otherwise, the company's address has changed. Due to change of address, I am not able to contact the company. I have a service period of 3 years and I am troubled since two years. Please help me a little. I am not able to contact the company. Please support.
Form 10D rejected showing i e. before you joining this establishment whether you joined any establishment which cover under epfo. Then again submitted Form 10D with non employment certificate prior to this establishment. But the claim again rejected showing the same cause . Please solve my problem.

1st company reliving date 11oct2022.
2nd company joining 10oct2022 I clearly said but Hr team only misstked.now my company said upload reliving letter in EPF portal we will approve but we don't know EPF team approve or not its my will approve said .my doubt is hr is not accepting there misstake and they not signed letter.but they signe declaration form.😢 I can't understand what i do.😢😢
You need to check your experiance letter and paslip what is Pay days and LWD mention in document. Also upload all document while applied correction
