This is hands down the best house you've shown us! The designer deserves credit for nailing everything. Awesome and classy... The one thing that I'd change..... This house needs a view as good as the house! Oceanfront or mountain side will work.
Aloha David. The airflow is great, and this time of year it feels amazing! I think the sellers are ready to make a solid deal on this one- and remember, you can STVR this one for a few hundred thousand profit per year!
Mike, this is a stunning home! The finishes are second to none. That looks like Venetian Plaster on the walls. The architect and the interior designer did an amazing job! And, I agree. I've never seen anything like this in Kukio.
Great property - thanks for doing the video - the shower in the master was a little puzzling. I took a look at the listing pictures too and couldn't figure that out?
In the main living area, there is that stone feature in the middle of the room, that divides the living room from the spare room/office? With a black surface centered in it. Is that a Pop-up TV by chance? I would add one of those round grill tops to the out door bar-b-que. It is a stunner. I have my Powerball tickets for tonight. I really like the non-lininer design style like you pointed out. BIG fan of the pod style. Appears to be a "SMART" home? Just wow
Another beautiful home, absolutely stunning. The office area in the main house could use a little reconfiguration, maybe solar roof. As I say in every vid, I win the lotto this week, I'm coming down to make an offer 😅
My dream it blows me away people with money don't all live in Hawaii. I've been to Jamaica, Turks, all over Mexico, Bahamas but nothing has stolen my heart like Hawaii. If I had the money I would live in Kauai in a heart beat. I'm a chef and don't have kids so I've thought sincerely about finding a job out there. I'm sure it would be fairly easy. It's just so expensive. I make $70k in az as a sous chef I wonder what I could make in Hawaii.
All of the realtors were playing the hot lava game from when we were all kids... The grass was lava and off screen everyone else was stuck standing on the couch. 😌
Hi Mike, I really like this home and its style with the pods. Can you show more videos with the pod style homes, with open front or oceans views please? ... maybe slightly bigger and up to $15 mil. Thanks
Mr Drutar the landscaping is cheaply done if I moved in the landscaping would be completely redone Point in question on right of entry way cheap plants that are pulled out of any yard I maintain there is a miniature that is pretty
I was in you area last week looking at real estate. The properties I liked seem to be in the $1.0 million to $1.5 million. But the property taxes alone would pay for 2 two week trips and a lot of risk. Now, those $150K leaseholds that have 5 to 7 years life seem better to fit my budget. I just have to get the condo rented for 150 days and net an average of $100.
The master shower is lackluster as it the closet. There's no outdoor shower dedicated to the pool is odd, though there are two adjoining outdoor showers for secondaries. The pool IS a nice shape, but the outdoor kitchen is small and there's no tvs bar ,media rooms ,or outside groundspace other than pool decking. I say all of that for at this pricepoint there should be more. It IS nice don't get me wrong, but there's a lot you'd have to change/add or settle for not having due to omission.a All of the pocket doors are very nice. The kitchen is good, but not great .the stove vent is a welcome surprise because they normally don't put in adequate venting as they normally expect people with money to just admire their stoves versus actually using them. The entrance design is architecturally gorgeous, but limiting in many ways of practicality. The beautiful ocean view seems to be limited or curtailed by the angle of the property line. Ya gotta give me more bang for my buck.
So much exquisiteness... But those broken tile walk ways through the entry are so... not good.. They need to be reshaped and edged.. This just.. No bueano!.. I remember roaming those neighborhoods back in the day (late 90's early 2000's
Seems very heavy. Seems a bit dark. The walls seems blah color and unfinished. The walk in closets are small and strange layout. I would not call this a masterpiece. That being said, I do like it as a resort house but not a main house I would live in year round. Ah yea...why use grass for your driveway? That ground could go bad real quickly.
I’ve stayed at the Mauna Lani Bay hotel multiple times what you’re showing is a true representation of a iconic property
The finishes, although high quality, all feel very heavy and dark. Love the pool. Thanks for the tour.
Thanks for watching!

Thanks! I really liked this one too
What is with the Golf course? They shooting Golf balls? What you doing about that? That could be deadly don' t that?
This house belongs in magazines, Amazing wood work .
Truly!
Beautiful home, inside and out!
Wow! The countertops are so incredible!
Love it!
This is an astounding home. The architect and builder were working with such “om-ness”!
I'm with you!
It would be a dream come true just to stay for a month !!! 🥰
I agree!
Love this house
I keep coming back to this lovely property. Very impressed. If you open up all the sliders the air flow through must be great.
Aloha David. The airflow is great, and this time of year it feels amazing! I think the sellers are ready to make a solid deal on this one- and remember, you can STVR this one for a few hundred thousand profit per year!
Ok but this would be an awesome set for a thriller/horror movie!!! Especially at night!
Mike, this is a stunning home! The finishes are second to none. That looks like Venetian Plaster on the walls. The architect and the interior designer did an amazing job! And, I agree. I've never seen anything like this in Kukio.
Thanks!
Beautifully crafted home - I'm thinking it's 'Cole Approved'... Stunniing finishes. TY!
"Cole Approved" Love it! :)
I love the kitchen! Great features for a home built in 2017! Pool area is great as you noted!
Thank you!!
Yes please.
Let's write it up!
Love it! ❤❤❤
Thank you Denise!
Love this. Thank you!
You are so welcome!
Another fine video, Mike. Truly nice finishes & layout; for a resort vacation property.
Thank you!
Beautiful house! The furniture better come with the price! 8 Million seems a bit much, but you’re still getting a lot. I’m impressed and interested!
It does come with furniture. It's a STVR and grosses $650k per year!
Wow!
It's a wow house!
I agree with you Mike, every house usually look the same and i don't want to spend my money on a ugly shoebox. I do like this one! 🌺🤙🏼
Such a unique one!
Fabulous thank you for sharing this wow!
You're most welcome!
great property ,nice vid. one question didnt notice any blinds in the bedrooms or is it touch button frosted glass
Great property - thanks for doing the video - the shower in the master was a little puzzling. I took a look at the listing pictures too and couldn't figure that out?

Good eye, it is a "Pop-up TV."
I really found myself thinking about this one for a while. I really liked that it was not another square/rectangle home.
Beautiful house! I was wondering, what is the square footage of the kitchen and living space?
Aloha Anna- just going off memory I'd say about 900sf
Favourite island of my favourite US state... stayed in Pāhoa back in the day... and ngl this property is beautiful... future goals, haha!
Couldn't agree more!
Amazing!
Thank you! Cheers!

Fabulous 🤩
thanks!

Right. I would live there if I was rich
I'd love to have a place like this too!
I wish you guys would show the yard area….those of us with furbabies want to see if there is space for them to run and play
The whole yard was shown on this one
Great place only 8.6 million over my budget.
me too!
Nice ❤️❤️
Thanks 🤗
This one is really inspiring. Working & manifesting towards something like it.
PS. Was the grass off limits? I was surprised you didn’t hop down.
All of the realtors were playing the hot lava game from when we were all kids... The grass was lava and off screen everyone else was stuck standing on the couch. 😌
Just not as nimble as I once was!
Is it still for sale?
yes!
Beautiful. Still...probably end up with a Boxabl home on a 10 acre property South Kona. 🤨
We got to make sure the county can figure out how to inspect one!
Hi Mike, I really like this home and its style with the pods. Can you show more videos with the pod style homes, with open front or oceans views please? ... maybe slightly bigger and up to $15 mil. Thanks
I have that exact thing tomorrow. I can send it to you now if you email me. Mike@mikedrutar.com
Love this house but the shower in the primary bedroom looked odd.
Why do you think so?
Looks like you would run into the tub. I'll have to go back and check. Or just shower outside 😉
We are shopping 🤍🤍🤍🙏🙏🙏
Call me up!
@@HawaiiRealEstate thank you when we are ready...we will! Lived there for 5 years...miss it very much 🕊️🤍
Nice property - dream home status although not really the best deal around.
Fair enough!
Beautiful home, but where are my kids going to sleep 😅
The pods out front!
Mr Drutar the landscaping is cheaply done if I moved in the landscaping would be completely redone Point in question on right of entry way cheap plants that are pulled out of any yard I maintain there is a miniature that is pretty
ok watched again and spotted the blinds

leasehold- yikes. I like APPRECIATING real estate. A leasehold condo goes down in value as the lease gets closer to expiration.
And remember, this place brings in $650k per year

🇵🇷👍😳✌️
looks like an off-island Architect?
Maybe, but this is a style we see a lot at the resorts here. Could be someone on Oahu or Maui
Nice Dump
Meh, not my favorite.
There is a Golf course I never realized that.
It's a good one!
Greetings from South Africa. Love your property tours.
Thanks so much!
