You're not supposed to talk to Little Orc Oko before doing the pattern, that's what you did wrong Start the pattern from Light, end with Shadow for Fallen into Darkness (Little Orc Oko will transform into a boss) Start the pattern from Shadow, end with Light for Holy Light Nourishment (You can also get Candy Cane when do this)
You can, the best way to counter that 3x Minstrel is to use Moonlight or Margaretha for status effect immunity If you read his skill, the moment 1 enemy unit died in the team there is negative effect that apply to your team that cause damage, you multiple this by 3 of course your team cannot take the incoming damage The trick: prepare Moonlight or Margaretha (WITH FULL ENERGY) before the battle and apply status effect immunity buff before nuking them out, good luck!
