@@Shadowspets first, their eyes are not that great....they are good, but not the best as you say. Second of all, its not because they have good eyes that they are automaticly visual. They mostly use their ears to scan their surroundings. Thats how they hunt in winter when roddens run under the snow. Or in fall when they run under vegetation. And funny enough, for the longest times scientists thought that owls were stupid because they would not react the same way to visual stimulation as the rest of birds. And its only these last decades that we started realising that the same way us humans can cancel out all of our other senses and only concentrate on our eyes, owl can do the same but with thwir ears. So next time instead of just being rude for no reason you could simlly politely dissagree or ask me were i got my info from.
I love it when Chandler and Kenan get together! Also with Tyler and Chandler too. Now we need Chandler, Kenan and Tyler all to do a video together! That would be a blast
It's AMAZING how Chandler bonded with this owl 🦉 ❤ He's such a good owl daddy, giving him kisses and fluffing his feathers like it's real owl parents would and he LOVES it ❤ You can really tell how much they love and trust each other and the good thing is that he gets along with his doggy and they play with each other. I could watch this all day 😍
It is so amazing when Americans talk about Hungarian stuff. If someone is interested Gulas is a Hungarian traditional soup. Bagoly=owl. Thank you Kenan
That owl is absolutely beautiful, we have smaller owls where I live, I love hearing the owls hooting in some trees in my garden! Chandler you are going to make an amazing ambassador for the animals you have, your knowledge is massive, kids are going to love your talks about each and every animal you have!
That must be an amazing experience. Being with an owl who is soo tame. Normally if you go to touch an owl( even captive) they are gonna peck you, and it hurts really bad.
Owls are such amazing animals. Beautiful in person as well. I love Owls. I remember in elementary school we dissected the pellets. Was my favorite thing to do at school. I have two owls by my apartment. I hear them hoot every night.
I love owls it is my favorite bird! When I was a child my grandfather took me a tractor ride down in the holler in a old hallowed tree there where these fluffy white adorable birds I had no idea what they were. My grandfather told me they were baby vultures, my mind was blown that these fluffy white birds would soon turn into a vulture. If you never seen a baby vulture google it!
Incredible that it can judge the distance (and I am sure the depth, and [if moving] velocity) of something hundreds of yards away by triangulation, simply by moving it's head a few inches to the side; wild stuff.
Chandler & Kenan are so funny and entertaining whenever they do video's together...... They should do a PODCAST together called " Getting Wild With Kenan & Chandler "...... Like the comment if you agree?
Dissecting owl pellets in 1st grade was a highlight of my class....our teacher also let us watch a snake hunt and eat its meal. We had to have a permission slip to watch. I think this might be my keystone moment in life that is drove my interest in animals other than a cat or a dog. Looking back, I think I may have had the coolest teacher ever. :D
Heck yea definitely a highlight of school for me as well and now I have basically my own Reptarium if your interested check my videos out I have all kinds of amazing critters and I’m one of the only people in the United States to breed Savannah monitors and get multiple clutches of fertile eggs
Amazing Latvian here East European and Bagoy is incredible! Owl in Latvian is Pūce (Pooceh) You to are so much fun together !! Love a good Goulash Kenan!! Show a picture when mature!
4:35 pellets of wild owls are actually used in rodent research. You can determine the rodent species they ate by their teeth and this data is used to both determine the presence of certain species and for population counts.

I wish I could share pictures. I love birds of prey. I was fortunate enough to work for a veterinarian assisting in surgery repairing wings and legs by placing metal rods in the bones until they healed. Then we would pull it metal rods and they were released and rehabilitated by Alabama Wildlife rescue. I have tons of pictures of me with different owls and hawks but my favorite was with a Bald Eagle 🦅
What a gorgeous owlet! Just gonna be spectacular when fully grown! How long until he's considered an adult? Love the diversity of critters you show us. Thanks so much for that!😃👍💯✌🇨🇦
Owls are among the most reptile-like of the birds, and the most cat-like raptors. Actually this species is native to Greece, my country, and it is considered one of the strongest predators for its size.
Sure they are! They may be smaller than the blakiston fish owl, but the latter mostly preys on fish, while eagle owls can overpower all kinds of large prey, including even medium-sized roe deer!
That is awesome guys. Yes Chandler is an awesome person with a lot of knowledge and hope this drama stops for you Chandler and will help you not have any stress. You guys are awesome and the knowledge of the owl is great as well. Chandler and Kemp you guys should check out Gumbo Limbo it's a very cool Nature Center they rehab Loggerhead Turtles and they have fish inside along with some non-poisonous snakes. It's a really cool place. It is a Nature Center.
Another great collab video from you guys, it's always good to see you working together. As a point of interest falconers always try to work with owls as chicks as they go through the process of imprinting on them, so basically, the owl looks at the owner as its parent, that bond is then life long so make flight training so much easier, unlike hawks, eagles, kites etc, where you are solely working with the food response.
It's probably a tie for the most beautiful owl in Florida between barn owls or saw whet owls they are stunning in beauty if you ever get pleasure to see one!!!!!!
The Great Grey Owl of the American far north and Canada is a contender for worlds largest owl, its defently the largest in the New World, with the Great Horned Owl the 2nd largest. Another little known fact is the owl with the largest range is the Barn Owl which is found worldwide except for Greenland and Antarctica. The Barn Owls of North America are larger then those found anywhere else in the world!
Those are also called bearded owls, and they have the same name in hungarian. They're found in Eurasia as well, and they're definitely the longest owls in the world, but they have a lighter body. The eagle owl exceeds the great grey in weight and wingspan by far, and probably the horned owl does as well. Eagle owls even prey on great greys.
Owls are cool. There are very few birds I don't like. In that list, I can definitely say I don't care much for geese, city pigeons/rock doves, and anything that tries to divebomb me! Geese and rock doves are definite poop masters with attitude. You can't have anything nice in your backyard when those birds live in your neighborhood! [I know mourning doves are related to rock doves but they're like the more polite cousins of the city poopers.) I do like owls, mockingbirds, swallows, mourning doves, and hummingbirds. Hummingbirds in particular are very interesting. Ducks and penguins are very fun to watch!
AW the baby owl is so cute, however I do feel for him... in the Florida heat he's gonna struggle, his place is in the wild in a forest in Europe not in the Florida heat
i’ll never forget when i got the chance in middle school to dissect / pick through owl pellets!! its so so interesting and really cool how their bodies automatically produce that after eating!!
Ruth does amazing camera work, Chandler really has it made with her filming!!!
I was about to say the same! She always knows exactly when and where to move.
Ruth! RUTH! Ruth!!!
I love how Kenan forgets that he's supposed to be a grown-up, when Chandler is around. 😆
I was just about to write the same thing lol
I love how Chandler and Kenan are an 2-man ADHD party!
The relationship Chandler has with his bird is amazing I can't wait to see how their bond develops when he matures.
I adore owls. This one is gorgeous. Those eyes. So well behaved. Great video! Thanks Chandler and Kenan.
Owls are like cats: the perfect combination of adorable and perfect murder machine.
Just yesterday I was thinking about how much I'd love to see more Chandler and Kenan content. :)
Indeed
Kenan & Chandler collaborations! I watch them both independently but really like the collaboration work between the two of you!
Kenan and Chandler,,,I LOVE you guys,,but that OWL is beautiful interesting, sweet,,,,I,could go on and on,,xoxo
Owl not even flinching when Chandler doing ADHD stuff right next to it.
You know he's like that ALL the time if the owl doesn't care!
XD
the owl is used to it its been around dogs its whole life and we know how hyper they can be so what chandler does should be no problem
@@lucas.2.3.9.4 🤣🤦 missed the point, huh?
Owl are not very visual, so they dont react very much when people do crazy stuff infron of ther.
@@bjjkickboxing7876 what kind of BS IS THAT 🤣🤣🤣 owls have some of the best eyes in the world

Did the same in kindergarten one of the first projects I ever remember doing!
Did the same a few times 😂
Me too!
I hated that project it was so tedeious😂
My class did the same but I glued mine in back together in 3D. It was able to stand after it dried. :D

OMG!!! That’s the cutest owl ! Those eyes are incredible!
kenan and chandler are my favourite colab team!
I love how Chandler's getting bagoly to become habituated to different people and environments. plus, he has a dog friend.
Chandler I am every day astounded by your knowledge!
Four of our favourites in one video! Gorgeous Bogoly, Ruth, Chandler and Kenan! Loved this video so much! Sending love xxx

Ruth is the best! I’ve been watching this owl on Chandlers channel and in just 2 weeks, the changes are amazing!! 🦉
Always a great time when Chandler is around! If I were them I 100% would've cleaned that poop off the table before she sees it
owls are fantastic birds 😍😍😍
