I just met Stephanie in Vancouver WA at a house concert. Her Brazilian jazz guitar by Jobim was awesome. Her Bach made me tear up. She's a world master, guys. She's so cool and even signed my guitar. Love her.
Every time I listen to Stephanie, I am moved to a place I want to be. Stephanies control over the subtleties and nuances of her wide dynamic range is second to none and she moves with grace that is so sublime it cannot be faked. While there is no greatest who ever lived of all time as an individual musician, as there are so many fantastic musicians in such a wide range of styles, idioms, genres and instruments in a myriad of cultures there is a class of those who have achieved those magnanimous heights and Stephanie has made a place for herself among those great masters.

There are other excellent playings of this, but Ms. Jones' use of the electric guitar -- the way she uses its tonalities to find new dimensions in the piece -- puts this version in a class by itself. An amazing musical accomplishment IMO.

Great! Great! Listening to such a wonderful and delicate performance of Manhã de Carnaval is something very special for someone like me who saw Baden Powell played it 30 years ago.
This is the best tone I've heard on an electric classical guitar. Normally such guitars have an annoyingly metallic sound, but this one is definitely an exception.
The choreography of your hands dancing around the frets matched by the arrangement was so wonderful. So much rhythm i still keep saying wow a lot during this
