Bins falling in isn't that common, Bins can definitely fall in if they're not grabbed properly, which is what this guy did, not only that he didn't even try putting the bin back down so that he could start again and grab it properly, which did end up being a bit of a waste, but stuff just happens in life really.

Normally the driver turns off the engine and climbs up That yellow ladder and gets the bin out by hand. ( but I guess this was different)
