In reality, stone wine presses have been used to squeeze grapes for thousands of years. People only use their feet when they are too poor to make a proper wine press.

Nowadays most of the production sites are already industrialized so everything done with machine even the drying process. So no you wont have any dirty feet extra flavor :D
