I have focal linear scarring with adjacent traction broncheactosis within the subplearal region of the interior segment of the right upper loeb. I found it on my ct scan. No one said anything to me. Can you tell me what it is

Mild bronchiectasis can be recover?my husband ct shows subpleural and peribronchial interstitial thickening with adjecent ground glass density in biletaral and mild traction bronchiectasis post covid.will he recover doctor 🙏

There is a good chance that thing may improve. However, it is difficult to be confident about it without seeing the iamges.
