Why does it say “purchase failed” after doing all steps?? And the “unstall and install” button is replaced with “reinstall” button are those the samething?? What am i doing wrong? And also under the “install button” the “reinstall” is still there and it does not disappear

After doing all the process, Uninstall ARBS app & then open Lucky Patcher and goto the file and install it

1) Uninstall 'ARBS'
2) Install 'ARBS' from Play Store. (Do not use any mod)
3) Repeat all the process again.
