Would the mod be compatible with other character mods like Project Terra and Another Road?
Should be, at least mostly I think. Only thing would be any ReForged Keyblade replacements would probably need to be loaded after the character replacement mod, cuz I know the two you mentioned also have Keyblade replacements.
