Air Mail Cocktail

This classic cocktail was created in Cuba during American Prohibition. 1 1/2 ounces rum, 1/2 ounce of lime juice, 3/4 ounce of honey syrup and topped of with 2 1/2 ounces of Champagne. Delicious!
