@@destynekorryn3513 I've heard that slowly decreasing the amount of nic in the vapes you get, as you're trying to quit may help. That way your body is adjusting to less nic rather than going straight cold turkey. Hope that can help someone :)

as someone who vaped for many years its very hard to quit because of the taste lol, but yes it does take awhile for you to properly inhale and not cough, i quit couple months ago and i miss it lol

So I'm excited knowing the vapes I usually get usually only last people about a week and with me it's roughly a month or a little over. And I can't wait to be completely done!

About the vape, I am SO addicted and it helps my depression. But in the long run, it's not good. my mouth literally feels like it's developing something like gum disease, it hurts, so does my tongue. I need to find a better way to deal with this depression before I eventually end up in hospital, urgh.
