My distractions - 1. TH-cam shorts 2. Not executing daily goals 3.Talking with best friend 4. Not knowing how to avoid extra sleep hours 🥲🥲🥲🥲 And now I have to overcome this to make my studies more effective.
My two distractions:- 1) My relationship 2) Shorts/Reels Today, 26th October, my first relationship is over. We have broken up. So 1st distraction is gone. For the 2nd distraction, I'm going to stop it too. That's on me. No scrolling, no procrastination from now on. Now, unless I crack NEET, I'm only going to focus on myself. Yes my heart is broken, I can't sleep or eat properly, but I'm going to stand up and run in this race and win it! 💪🏻
Distraction: mobile scroll, Over-thinking -+because I don't have enough timee left & im 22 yr old doing nothing & did graduation in BA & suddenly changing career path , a whole new path from UPSC to neet that's tough for me... Yeah but now I'm leaving all my regrets & demotivation aside & will focus more on what is left & what i have....

Mam I believe the only thing that have been stopping me from achieving my goals is Overthinking about getting judged by people. I'll be turning 20 next year and I think I'm too old for this. Going thru a heartbreak i don't know I can or not
My distractions are no different. It's mobile, sleep, overthinking and fear of not being correct at conceptual things. I already don't use Instagram or Snapchat at all. But in these 6 months I'll give it my all, no extra mobile time except lectures and practice. I am going to crack neet 2025 and get over my self doubt.

I have lost my father in September month. And after that I am in trauma me and my mother are suffering soo much and now my family financial condition are very poor. There are thousands reason in my life that are stopping me 🙏😔 I have lost all the hopes.
