We have been friends with the 1D guys for a few years now, ever since Louis reached out to us as a fan on Twitter. tkdgirl11 This is true! He has - but I don't remember seeing him take a lead role like that before. I've been following these guys since the beginning. He's written, he's helped out - but this is the first time he's been given a proper solo part. I'm just amazed at the tone of his voice, since I wasn't expecting it. Alejandro is obviously incredible, but his two brothers really are, too! What a great team, and a great band! :)

Who gives a damn who's version is better? One Direction made the original and Boyce Avenue covered it. Both versions are amazing. One Direction are a talented bunch, as are these guys. If you prefer the One Direction version, go listen to that. Why can't we just stop comparing for one moment and, while we're watching this video, just appreciate these three gorgeous men with gorgeous voices. This is beautiful.

Can I just say something that has been getting on my nerves? I'm so tired of people ripping on one direction and not respecting them. They are grown men who got to pursue their career in singing, and they work hard at what they do. They are one of the only things in life that make me happy, and it would be nice if when people asked me what music I listen to and I answer "one direction" they wouldn't make fun of me. What bugs me is when I tell people I like them and they automatically think I'm some little "bandwagony annoying little teen who shouldn't be respected cause she likes a bubblegum pop boyband"
Because that's exactly how they came about. I hate it when I don't see much talent, instead Simon just put them together because they're good looking. They are little kids, not grown men, which is why only teenage girls like them. It's pretty much the same as every kid band out there
They are all over 20 which is defined as men. By the way, I know many people in the one direction fandom that are in their 20's who like one direction. The band has gotten much more mature, which has made many of the little girl fans leave. You obviously have never seen them perform live in recent years, because they can sure sing. Girls are attracted to older boys, not younger, so actually we are not attracted to them because they are "little kids"

This cover is sooo good. But I cannot fucking stand when people compare covers to the original. I can understand why people think One Direction is bubble gum pop because I used to think that too but ever since the Midnight Memories album, I've grown to love them and their music. They're not little kids. They're all over 21. They're great song writers who deserve so much so credit than what they're given.
Fact: Ed Sheeran wrote 95% of those "good song writers" top hits

Ed Sheeran has only written about 4 one direction songs. Know facts before making an argument. They were also discovered on the X factor, obviously they didn't have experience as song writers so they learned along the way. It's one thing to not like their music, that's fine. But to downgrade them only because it's not your taste is kind of unfair

One Direction songs have wonderful lyrics, it's just get that boy's band vibe that hides it but when someone sings them acoustic, the lyric shines. You should search "Alex and Sierra - Best song ever", and you'll see what I say. I hated that song but that cover made me realize, what great lyrics this band has.

I don't agree ! I've noticed that 3 persons were singing before they released the video, just by listening on iTunes. Alejandro's voice is so unique. The way Daniel sings "too tight" is so characteristic of him as well

I just watched the original version (I listed to this version first) and I don't understand why people are saying things like this one is better or that one is better, both songs sound amazing and both bands put so much emotion into them, I love them both (and I have to add that one direction ' s video was so sweet)
