Brother Zeehsan, While ur doing pressure test for chw pipe is depend upon ur system design basically
And Temperature nothing to do in Chw Pipe pressure test because ur checking and observing leakage in ur pipeline for a certain time

@@MEPTECHTIPS suppose u r doing test for 50 mm chw line ..how much pressure requaired for testing...it means reading of tested pressure. What are the normal /avg values of chws and chwr line that can bear ??

Brother Zeshan,1. Any size of pipe not only 50mm less then this exm: 20mm also u have to do pressure test as per system design for the respective project, Again its also depend upon sch of pipe which ur using at site for exm: if u have sch-40 pipe its has some certain limit lets say 20bar, if u have sch-80 it has more strength then sch-40.

Automatic Air vent is not provided. Pressure will increase where the pipe is exposed without insulation, here pipe is not exposed hence issue of Air vent.
