If you are not applicable to apply any other visa for Australia 🇦🇺, then you will have dependent visa option.
If your partner has student visa or work visa then can apply partner visa subclass 308/100.
You will have no restrictions on it, unlimited working hours work.
If your partner has permanent residency or Australian resident, then can apply the visa subclass 820/801.
