What about 'The Boys' 3x03. Jensen and Gattlin Griffith (the antichrist from ep 05x06). Oh, and Mark P & Titus on 'LOST' deserved more than an Honorable Mention. They were major secondary characters.
there are quite a few (more like a ton of) x files actors that found their way onto the set of spn, mitch pileggi and steven williams had a fight scene in an x files episode so it was pretty cool to see them have one on spn as well.

He uses the pen name Sally Carmichael, but is exposed as the writer when he goes on a morning TV show and criticizes his own books. The subplot has the first book being turned into a movie. Seb and Felicia play the main characters of that movie. What is posted in this video is a piece of that movie (the ending) during a 'red carpet opening night' part of the Sally Carmichael movie.
The balthazar and Charlie one had to be some kind of a joke right? If I'd have seen that first before casting (and I was casting fir spn) they'd have never got the job

Its very obviously deliberately exaggerated. I looked it up to confirm and its from a comedy movie about an author of romance novels and one of the novels is being adapted into a movie. Its a movie within a movie type thing.
Oh don't forget that guy that had psychic powers like Sam who locked same in the closet remember he was on Ginger snaps with the (kath) actress who Sam thought died she was like married also the girl that had crush on Sam Winchester was also on Ginger snaps
