95% of wind turbines are recyclable. Blades are soon recyclable, as well. How come you forgot telling us about the ongoing impact from Exxon Valdez, Deepwater Horizon and the other 130 oil-spill related disasters?

What about all the people who die because of coal mining, burning coal, and natural gas? All of the fish that die because a coal ash pond overflows into a creek? Blades are being recycled into among other things sky equipment, snowboards, and many other things. They can also be ground up and used in concrete roadways, reducing the amount of steel required to maintain the roadway crack free. The amount of electricity produced in one year with a wind turbine is much more than the amount of electricity used to produce the wind turbine, all the concrete, and steel used to make the wind turbine tower.
