Why is attacking the police in an airport of all places not a terror offense? It would have caused terror for those who observed it, it arose because of a refusal to comply with airport safety measures, it made everyone in the airport less safe as armed police had to rush to deal with that incident and hence not be in position at other parts of the airport, and the outcome may make the armed police at the airport less confident to take action in the future. It will show that as a Police Officer certain types of behaviour are unacceptable. There was no need to kick this person, particularly in the head when they were already restrained. Sadly after doing a first class job, he lost it.
We've seen no evidence of that. In fact, as things are shaping up, the two lads look innocent having been released without being charged and the cop being criminally investigated. Nothing I have heard from the Cops covers them and in fact sounds like arguments that will get them in a lot of trouble. For example, saying they where worried about someone getting their fire arms is about the worst possible excuse an armed Officer can make. Weapons should be tethered to you for one thing, or an armed Officer is as much danger to society as a gun lying on the street somewhere. But the Officer who stomped his head had nobody around him with the two suspects on the floor and in the corner, compliant. If any Officer really thought there was a danger of an armed suspect, they wouldn't have their tasers out and they would have their guns in their hands. These cops are bad cops and the head stomper should be charged with attempted murder.

The firearms officers did what they had to do, end off. If these officers were to be prosecuted then it will basically be like neutering the determent of armed police officers in the eyes of the public, in my opinion. Also firearms officers have to be able to react without hesitation. The scenario at the airport could have been a lot worse if one of those trying to take an officer's gun had actually got hold of it.

This is shocking to see, but that officer had to eliminate the violent threat at hand. Not easy to do, full of adrenaline. If you don't like what he did, I dare you to take his place and see what you would have done. Not an easy job. Hats off to that man and the other officers.
Your point makes no sense. He had already been tasered and was prone on the ground, pacified. You don't play footy with someone's head, and certainly not AFTER tasering.
Jimmy Tucker, the dumbest f u ck er. There was no threat, the guy was face down in the floor with his arms by his sides. What did you think he could have done? Launch into a deadly barrage of farts? You give a whole new meaning to the word “moron”. Like Daniel here, I also train in martial arts and the first thing we are taught is to use only enough force to stop the attack. The same philosophy applies to the police. If I had punched this bloke and floored him, and then whilst he was on the floor I performed an axe kick to his head, the very least I’d be done for is GBH, or even attempted murder. How is it ok for a policeman to not only kick a man who already incapacitated on the floor in the face, but then stamp on his head as well? I bet you voted for Reform too.
I personally would say its reasonable force because hes already incapacitated 2 officers, whats stopping him from doing it to others? had he of done it to the armed officers, he couldve taken their firearm and then it wouldve been even worse.
So from lying on the floor prone you believe he could take out 2 officers, and that it was an absolute necessity to kick him in the head, ie if he hadnt of kicked him in the head at that moment someone was going to die or be seriously harmed? Give your head a wobble
The fact that he's lying on the ground, prone, incapacitated, and no longer a threat is what's preventing him from doing it to other officers. This is revenge, plain and simple. Police are supposed to be held to a higher standard than the criminals. They are paid to detain suspects quickly and with the minimum amount of force possible - his job was to cuff him at that point which would guarantee he was rendered safe, not to kick him in the head repeatedly. If the claim is that he WAS still a threat, by taking the time to kick him instead of cuffing him, the officer put everyone in more danger by allowing him more time to potentially get away, grab someone, etc. There is no excuse for this.
At mo point did the officer restrain the offender he left him lying on the floor to go on a kick and punch another man. Good luck with his defence of reasonable force
Watch the latest footage. It's not difficult to understand. He shouldn't have kicked but in that moment the potential for an officer to have lost a life was quite high
What everyone seems to be ignoring is that the officer who kicked out is almost alone, although he has other officers around him none seem to be offering substantive support. He's faced with individuals who have been violent previously and he's armed, yet with one hand still holding his taser .... he cannot use his hands to subdue the man on the floor as he has to keep one at least one hand free to protect his sidearm ..... leaving him with his feet as his only option. If one of the other officers had removed the elderly lady giving him good access to the man on the floor he might have felt able to holster the taser but any disabling grip needs both hands which would stil have left his pistol vulnerable to being grabbed .... as I see it, in the heat of the moment he acted in the only way possible, it was ugly but it was inevitable.
The attackers should have been charged and be in custody awaiting trial. The policeman should be suspended pending investigation. He failed to show proper restraint after the attacker had been incapacitated. Whilst I have some sympathy for him his lack of control and poor judgement cannot be ignored.
Once three officers had already been "brutally attacked" then the gloves were off and the offeners had laid down the ground rules. If the officer is charged and appears in court, then this support of Police Chiefs, the IOPC etc., then these issues will factor into their decision-making processes.
Sorry no. They're not middle schoolers, the excuse of "they started it" doesn't work anymore. Yes, some suspects will be violent, they are criminals. The police are paid to NOT behave like criminals. This is not proper policing, it is revenge, plain and simple. Because a suspect was violent does NOT give police permission to kick them in the head repeatedly while they are on the ground after they have already been subdued and are no longer a threat. Police are supposed to be held to a higher standard.
So because 3 officers were attacked at a other point, it was acceptable for this officer to boot a surrendered, detained, compliant and non threatening suspect in the head??
@@robertroberts3rd265 Exactly. These offenders had laid down the rules of engagement. You can't have a game where one team is playing by the rules and the other does as it likes. They should think themselves lucky they weren't shot.
The gloves are never off for Police officers. They are only ever legally allowed to use the minimum force necessary to to effect an arrest. Where do you get such rubbish from ?
@@jjefferyworboys8138 I know the rules. Lord knows, I had to apply them for 30+ years. What I am saying is that once these defendants had laid the groundwork by violently assaulting three officers, the gloves should have been off. They set the level of the playing field and then the game was on. If they had complied with the officers commands to start off with, then there would have been no need for any violence at all. Imagine if these offenders had knives or guns. What then? Sometimes, you simply have to go in and quickly establish control,.
She's a cop it's the nature of the job and I'm sure she understood she's likely to be hit punched kicked etc whilst doing her duty - just like what she no doubt dishes out to offenders

Another video come out now you can see the two lads fighting like hell the two police women hit full on in the face. If the cop gets done so should the two guys for attacking the police.
I think it's terrible a police officer having to go to court and potentially face crimal charges. I hope there is mitigating circumstances and strong defences?
If you attack armed police you risk being shot. In almost any other country that guy would probably have been shot. If I was an armed officer faced with that level of violence I would have been quite prepared to shoot. This country is woke beyond belief. If you give police officers guns they have to be able to defend themselves. What if the attacker had overpowered the officer and got hold of his gun, I'm sure the outcome would have been much worse. To open carry a firearm is a huge responsibility and should not be underestimated.. This country is so woke that if we were to go to war we would lose. We don't understand the concept of conflict anymore as a result of woke ideology traded down from the establishment.. this is a problem with all political parties.

One of the points that Daniel has raised more than once in his videos is that action needs to be proportionate. In the case of the injuries sustained by the Police officers, any evidence, including body cams and CCTV - as well as any phone footage that may be available can be assessed and used in evidence - both in respect of any criminal prosecution and any civil action. The same applies with regard to the apparent incident of the police officer kicking and stamping on the head of the man on the ground. With regard to that, the man on the ground was INNOCENT. No matter what any of us thinks he might have done he had not, and still has not been proven guilty of an offence and therefore remains innocent in law. The first question arising from the footage we have seen is first, did the police officer really kick and/or stamp on the head of the man on the ground? If so, the second question is did he have a lawful reason for doing so? If the answer to the first question is "yes" and the answer to the second is "no" then the police officer seems to have committed an assault on the man. Clearly if the Police officer believed the man had assaulted somebody - whether one of his colleagues or not, then he had good reason to detain him and to use reasonable force but he is not permitted to use disproportionate or clearly unnecessary force and certainly not to take the law into his own hands. In both cases, it is for a court to decide whether an offence has been committed and, if it has, what punishment should be given.
After seeing the build up the only people who should be charged are the guys who attacked the police
dont be ridiculous, they dont live by our laws, so they do what they want, cant possibly charge them for assault etc

Are these the men that refused to be searched at the airport and then assaulted police officers?
Yep. The next question why are they in the UK and all the consequences from that?

What evidence do you have to show he incapacitated two Officers though?
Look at the video very carefully. Where was the guys hands on the floor? These idiots were not innocent travelling and buying post cards.
At mo point did the officer restrain the offender he left him lying on the floor to go on a kick and punch another man. Good luck with his defence of reasonable force
In a civilised community due process is allowed to take its course without hindrance or intimidated.
Watch the latest footage. It's not difficult to understand. He shouldn't have kicked but in that moment the potential for an officer to have lost a life was quite high
After watching the footage of the whole incident I hope all the officer are cleared.

We have two tier policing in the U.K. I neither trust the police nor the IOPC nor the CPS. The system is in dire need of an overhaul.
You are assuming holding his head down was disproportionate. Presumably you think breaking a police officers nose isn't?
