Awesome reaction!!! I love seeing people hear Jon Gomm for the first time. He’s so criminally underrated. Thank you for giving him some extra exposure!!! Cheers
Really enjoyed the live night so here for take two . I was the same in high school, thankfully I was very gifted, shame it was only with the air guitar 😂.
There's nothing better than driving with a friend in my car and having this song come up in the playlist between Tool and Lamb of God. One of my favorite, relatively unknown, songs. Great reaction!
Great reaction! I saw Jon play live a few years ago, Needless to say, he was awesome. He was signing CDs after the gig and I got to talk with him for a few minutes. He has no ego whatsoever and is comfortably one of the least stylish men on the planet, but you get the impression that if it's not about his music, it doesn't really matter. He's right too.
coffee sipped! I loved how much you felt this. Might get copyright stiked for estas tonne but even if just for your own enrihment I recommend once again (re my reply elsewhere).
I remember being blown tf away with this the first time I saw it. You’d be hard pressed to find a musician who couldn’t, at the very least, appreciate what’s going on here. Most would be fans if I had to bet
love it. Kind of reminds me of this guy (not in style, but how they manipulate the guitar) of Estas Tonne. You'll LOVE him. The song of the golden dragon is amazing. Her performs on streets in different countries all over. He's nuts to watch. I don't know if you'd want to go a full 14 minutes on his Between Fire and Water right out of the gate... but OMG sonically. Also very much worth noting there's a 20 minute long video of him performing on a 10 string guitar somewhere. The man is to guitars what LP is to vocals. Only... tribal?... more like a minstrel maybe...?
@@joeesparks7estas tonne is ... transportative. "Inward flight" (I think it's called) is a single 2h 'song' or rather musical meditation... ok a _trip_ let's be real. It's spiritual (he puts burning incense sticks in the headstock) but not too 'far out', not too 'woo woo' and trust me I have acute spiritual-bullsh allergies so if I'm recommending it, you can relax and just enjoy the ride.
Jon does an incredible version of Ain't Nobody by Chaka Khan with Dan Tompkins from TesseracT. My wife and I danced to it when we got married. Such a criminally underrated artist who doesn't get nearly enough plays!
This gentleman is extremely talented! I love guitar music and guitar players 😉 if you haven’t checked out Marcin you should! If you love classical music watch his Moonlight Sonata, if you want something more playful watch him do “Still Dre. Anything you choose will be amazing! He doesn’t sing though😊 thanks for the clips I unfortunately was not able to see the live stream! ❤️🔥❤️🔥✌🏻🫶🏻
I have heard this before but never fully (was too disgusted by how sonically perfect it was). I've also heard others try to cover it (some valiant efforts) but this is just...

he re-recorded this when he joined KScope records, and the audio quality for the new one is so stellar.
