- Welcome to my Cancer Vlog. Thanks for being here on this journey with me. In 2018 I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer at the age of 41 and I'm currently navigating the waters of stage 4 looking for my cure. All the while I'm raising my 3 sons, running a company and living life to the fullest.

You asked for suggestions on getting through and fighting feeling negative and I found that 100% laughter is the best medicine. A really good laugh for as long as possible works for me and I try to have a laugh everyday.

@@IamMichelleMarie hi Michelle I live in Canada and the doctors were appointed to me and my treatment plan. I asked my doctors do I need to pick which plan is best cause I wouldn’t know. They said No we choose what’s best for you. Not sure if it’s the same in the states or depending on which stage your at. Pray fir strength to get threw day by day and enjoy your beautiful boys . I’m a mom too so I understand. 🙏

P.S. Boyfriend leaving is definitely not a mountain, more like a huge blessing you received but it might be hard to see it when it's recent.

Oh yes no worries on thumbs down i sure won't let it bother me at all and many times they aren't even on purpose and they can mean anything and even if someone doesn't like what I say or do that's ok too! 😊 hope you start feeling better today. Every morning I put on music that makes me feel joyful and calm like coffee shop jazz and it just starts my day off nice. Well I'm off to put some on now since I just woke up! 😁 have a beautiful Saturday 🎵🍂🍁🧡
You can do it girl your just having a down day …. Or week or month I often feel the same I’m fighting breast cancer for the second time it’s crap sending you much love … hey you still together and he loves you …. My partner left when I found out my cancer was back said he didn’t sign up for that ….. I hate my hair just growing back so curly I had lovely long straight hair cancer takes everything away 😢😢

I'm getting vitamin d shots and b shots it helps with mood and energy 😊... I am stage 4 just finished chemotherapy going to do surgery next month
I'll look into that thank you. Vitamin D supplements make me so so tired...do the shots make you tired? I've never tried it in injection form.

Music lifts me up
exercise is a must always picks me up and listen to fast upbeat music to working out it empowers me .
I'm failing at maintaining a regular workout routine. I used to be able to do yoga every day but everything feels so hard right now. Doing a 15 min ride on the peloton feels like a marathon 😅 but I know I need to push through. Maybe I will do a video series on working out during cancer treatments and document my journey...
