Honestly I think this is the best map theme I've heard so far from any FE game. Bear in mind I've only played 6, 7, 8 and Awakening but this track just does what it needs to do so much better than loads of other map themes I've heard. It's catchy, it's motivating and it's victorious. Really gives me a "look how far you and your units have come" kind of feel. The final fight in Bern itself. The strings at 0:46 are the best part (especially those notes they hit right at 0:54), just sound so emotional.

Pretty much any unit is liable to be a wrecking ball if trained, even the weak ones if you get lucky rolls. I've even seen Wolt get good rolls sometimes. One of the best parts of any FE game is when you realize how far your team has come.

@Sharad Kumar Singh Well this is my opinion but honestly before awakening and fates, fe7 was my least favorite game in the series because the story was pretty bad,the maps were for the most part pretty shallow and uninteresting, and the ost , while not the worst, I just found to be a mix bag of good,forgettable, or bad music. Again this is my opinion so don't take what I said too seriously.
What blows me away about this map theme is how heroic and interesting it is compared to the one that plays on most of the other maps in the game, which is quite repetitive and not nearly as catchy. It`s almost as if the devs wanted to saddle you with a really boring battle theme that you`d get sick of, then suddenly when it comes time to storm Bern and take down Zephiel, this theme hits you like a bolt of lightning and energizes you to finish the game. Spectacular.
I heard that Roy's VA tried suggesting they remake Binding Blade recently. Just the prospect of this song being redone would do my heart so much good. Honestly one of my favorite songs in FE period.
fe6 is peak fire emblem. only one of the japanese games i own and have beaten. really cool playing these games on an actual gba after spending half a decade emulating them.
Nothing like hearing this theme for the first time on the map that shit goes down and a bazillion wyvern riders go your way to rip you apart. It truly makes you feel like you're at a disadvantageous war against a massive army!
Since the soundtrack for final maps in FE are serious, strong and somewhat dark, the happy and playful theme in this soundtrack may be a hint to player that: Zephiel is not the true final boss.
This better be the music for the Sword of Seals banner that comes out in March. It should've already been out since Zephiel's GHB, but yes this in Heroes please, it's one of my favorites from Sword of Seals. Come one Percival and Murdock for Heroes.
So excited for that banner. Percival and Murdock are the dream, and I'm also personally hoping for Melady/Zeiss. Knowing Heroes though, we'll probably just get old Hector, Lalum, and Camilla dressed like Geese.
I am excited as well, so much I'm skipping the new Valentine's banner to save for this one that will come out. I'm hoping for Saul, Percival, Miledy, Zeiss and Murdock or Brunnya as a GHB. Also, a Narcian refine cause they messed him up with an Axe instead of his Runesword.

@@AidanVillegas The best they could do it give him a Runeaxe refine that attacks the opponents lower defense or make an alt of him with the Runesword, but that's unlikely since GHB usually don't get alts...I'd also like to see Guinevere to be playable.
