If you're playing this game consistently there's no reason not to join a squadron. You can research free vehicles and every day you are not in a squadron you're just missing out on them. (if u get kicked just join another one)

3:40 That was an absolute TEXTBOOK Stuka bombing run dude. 250hrs might not seem like much, but your videos show you really don't have much left to learn, it all comes down to learning each plane now and how to fly them, as well as enemies you'll come up against. I especially love that you show every single aspect of WT in one video, warms my heart to see the awesome takedowns and the Gaijined moments in one vid.

14:50 I recommend setting a 1.5 delay on your bombs I’ve found this to be the absolute best for not blowing myself out of the sky

@@freezedvegetal with the bomb delay if its timed right you can sometimes kill enemy planes chasing you and its the most hilarious way to get a kill

I once researched the entire French tier 3 in one sim game (games are 3 hours) and then couldn’t buy them because I didn’t have enough silver. I was also saving to get the abrams and as a ground player mainly that was more important to me

happend to me.. i used the german thunderstreak in air RB with ccip, drop bombs go headon next game. I ginded so almost all my german planes and the su22 but then they got rid of the ccip... next is in usa line the stupid f8 10.3 i grinded the new rockets and since 2 weeks i cant play the plane in air RB because i have to research another module only then i can use the new aim9.. coincidence ? think not :D btw i only have a10 prem to grind usa planes and that shit is a pain in the ass

Don't go straight for Mig-15bis. An awesome plane but you are going to face a lot of planes with Air-to-Air missiles and the guns are pain to aim with low ammo count. It is no exactly user friendly experience and 162 is really a pain to fly. TA-152 H1 is a really good high altitude fighter and retains energy really well. Fun to fly so it is worth to give it a go. The C variant is better at lower altitudes up to 6k and both variants get an air spawn. For jets you are better off to first get the 262 at 7.0 as this is the best BR to learn jets and the way they build up and maintain energy. 262 also has amazing guns for head-ons. 4x30mm with enough ammo to get few kills.
152C is a shit brick that isn't worth playing.

you should try using 3rd person view for gunner which can help you to see more, Game options -> Main parameters -> Air battle settings -> Camera from aircraft gunner sight, turn it off and see if you like it

I really enjoyed that, was good fun. My only gripe is maybe that your Gaijined moments weren't what I would call gaijin moments.
They mostly looked like bad players crashing into you or bad practices on your part. The clip on non-existant things in the bomber was definitely a gaijin moment.

The gaijin moments were mostly titled like that so I could put it in the tags and thumbnail for free views, but I have started calling them lowlights in future videos. Hope to see you around in the future

Yeah, well, first advice: don't count your SL penny-to-penny: game soon will drain you out so you will not be able to have a little bit of fun of it.
Second: get a Bf. 109G-6 and use it for grinding. G-6 is I can surely say the most easiest plane in entire game: you just climb to 6-7km and start to shit on everything. Guns sometes do *spark-spark* shit, but you know, WaRtHuNdEr. Sometimes they're just cut your opponent on two pieces.
And the third, but not the most important one - try sim mixed battles - killing planes here is extremely valuable, but you need to know how to play via visibility restrictions (no 3d person camera, cockpit)

I saw you talk about your crew points. Suggestive to focus on G locks, Stamina first. This will help you in dogfights alot especially in higher tiers where G's become more of an annoyance than anything else. TRY TO FOCUS ON ALL YOUR CREW SLOTS AS ALOT OF PEOPLE TEND TO DO ONLY 2 OR 3, ATLEAST HAVE 4 SO YOU DONT NEED TO WORRY ABOUT THE PAIN if you get crew locked and having to use a bad crew, worse crew plane performs worse.
Crew lock, it sucks usually when you get Teamkilled, crashing or getting rammed by an enemy (And rarely for me I've been crewlocked from getting killed by an enemy) - this is prob fixed already.
IF YOUR ENGINE IS LEAKING ANY TYPE LIKE OIL,WATER etc ETC like fuel RTB as soon as possible.
Mainly if it's OIL or WATER. As running out overtime will cause your engine to take huge amount of Copius damage.
- Try climbing if ur engine is about to be yeeted (like if it's yellow or light red.) Climbing gives you the ability to glide back to base giving you a bigger chance at
making it back to base just to get back into the fight again.
If the fuel is super slowly leaking no worries, but you're at a huge risk of fire if you get shot.
Learn about your planes more and more. Watch more videos like you based from DEFYN being great about the knowledge to game.
Now, onto some smaller stuff. CERTAIN PLANES IN RB PERFORM BEST AT CERTAIN ALTITUDES, USE IT TO UR ADVANTAGE.
I see that you have show the FW190 quite a bit in this video, It's a great plane for defensive flying.
I also see the 109's you've been using. Great planes for dogfighting, but if you want the best out of them all here's the few top spot 109's in my eyes;
BF-109 F4, F4 Trop, 109-G2 (Romanian - Premium).
If you want to make great SL get the 109 - G2 since it's a premium. It's a reliable 109!
For top tier (Even though you're not there yet.) If you do US there is a top tier called the F5C (Please before buying get experience as top tier is literally just suffering.) It's great for grinding SL (Like legit. It's a legit money bag maker.
- For the headdons you talked about in the beginning of the game breaking off at .8 or 1.0 is risky of course, but try avoiding headdons most of the time as it's gaijin that will punish you. Try to shoot off ur shots, and dodge early, the guy who did the same thing did it correctly, but poorly executed it which got him killed by you. The higher the BR you go the more harder it gets.
At top tier you will start to notice more base campers. These players are honestly bad, (pls dont do what they do I beg). - So just go bomb stuff if they do this and wait for them to risk it all again.

(oh also for 5.0-6.7) have fun dealing with JU 288's, you might as play germany for that BR for constant wins unless your team is full of bombers.

Reply x2 and the altitude thing. The higher you go, the harder it is to turn cause less air ofc. But for top tier it means that missiles can reach further, go faster and hit you quicker. so that's a quick tip for you whenever you get to top tier! (ALSO USE MIXED FOR CHAFF AND FLARES ONCE UR THEIR, RADAR MISSILES CAN BE REALLY ANNOYING WITHOUT CHAFF!)
crew lock is normally 10 minutes maximum, it's much better to focus on one great crew than a bunch of average crews. since most of the time you'll only be using one
For more guides on air rb, I would also check out Tim's Variety, especially for the higher tier stuff.

Just so my fellow Germans mains know, mg151s can currently kill medium tanks in air rb now(prolly a bug or some sort).
But now we finally have a counter against the pillbox killing American 50cals
Having altitude is nice and all but staying below your enemies is more important cause you can easily force them into a scissor or a reversal so they over shoot you.

in 6.0 I recommand to play the TA152 H1, it's my favorite plane there's almost no fighters in german teams at this br but it compensate by being an interceptor so he get an airspawn.

I've found that this game is a lot of fun, if you just forget the grind and play the few WW2 vehicles you enjoy.

Bro, one advice, when u are damage and you have to do an emerygency landing, after land you must always put off your engine, for this way, your engine wont break for overheating
Boosters don't just up tier you, they completely need your plane and make my bullets not even register

Hey man, I noticed my game would crash almost every if not every other match too. It was because for some reason the launcher.exe thats for war thunder, would run the game using UHD packs I didn't have fully installed as I didn't choose that option. For some reason its on by default for a lot of steam users. If you open the launcher for war thunder and either install the UHD packs (I believe its larger in size than War Thunder itself but does look better if you can run it) or choose the regular/standard version. Not exactly sure how to do it in the launcher but some quick googling about it when I found the problem got it solved for me 👍

Bro, the XP-50 is pretty evil, but I think it could be """tolerable""" if it just didn't get that SERIOUSLY unneeded airspawn. I legit make it my mission to kill these things first and foremost no matter what, or to at least distract them from the rest of my team since I have played since Beta days and even ALLLLLL the way back in 2013 when it was added, it has always gave me a sour taste. Especially since the aircraft I play the most are around the same BR range. It either needs to be put at a flat 5.0 or lose its airspawn. Even then, it'd still probably kick ass in 5.0 given how often I still see it around 4.7 and 5.0. It just doesn't care about uptiers and probably wouldn't notice too much of a bother until jet territory.
It's a good thing that 1/2 or even 2/3 of the people who fly the damn thing are practically dumb as rocks and usually are free kills if you're positioned correctly, which is saying something because that's the entry skill level needed for it yet somehow manage to screw that up. Almost all of the one's that i've taken out of the sky are 1:1 KD/R or worse aside from a few really good pilots.
I even have a video of me having a 3 minute dogfight with one in a BF 109. Its nothing new for me to dogfight them but it was actually one of the funnest dog fights i've had in a solid couple of years. Surprised me since it's a plane i've had a personal vendetta against since back then since my most played plane is the FW 190 A-5/U12. They truly bullied me until I learned how to fight them. My KDR and Win-rate, although 2.4 and 75% respectively, probably would be even better if not for the early days of XP-50 spam (we're talking 5 or more in a single match almost constantly).

Yeah. The airspawn is complete overkill. Even when I get full up tiered against one in the fw190a8 it is still a pain in the ass to kill. If they won’t impact the performance they should at least move it to BR 6.0 or remove the airspawn and have it as a 4.7 or something. It’s just not fair.
10:40 they should make it so that when you try to turn fight with it the engine blows from the stress

The game crashes might (probably) are caused by hardware limitations (though I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s just gaijin / windows nonsense).
So what are your computer specs? Mostly looking for:
CPU & CPU Cooler
GPU & VRAM
RAM
Storage (the one war thunder is stored on)
It also seems your fps is locked on 60, in that case do you have a 60 hz monitor, and did you enable vsync
I think I figured it out. For some reason whenever another aircraft burned up or exploded it would cause a spike in my gpu. I switched to dx12 and disabled most of the setting AMD uses that interact with war thunder and it seems to be stable I think.

The ta 154 is a tier 3 so it will only work to research up to tier 4 premium can research 1 rank up and anything below. It can research tier 5 and up but you get penalized for doing so. That said the premium is always going to be faster for grinding, but if you aren’t enjoying it you should probably just try something else for a bit. I can’t keep playing something if I’m just getting ran through the whole time it’s better to just switch

Must say, XP50 is very broken, however picking it up for free in the warbond shop was one of the best things I ever did, its such a good SL grinder... but it ruins 4.0 air rb for sure

The amount is based from steam time played so it’s 250 so far and not 400. I would’ve lost my mind by now if it was 400 lmao
