A Home-Cooked Tuscany Dinner Feast

When I stayed at Castello di Casole in Tuscany last year, I was given a wonderful opportunity. The great folks there set me up with a dinner cooked by the family of the concierge, and it was a HUGE feast. Way, way too much food, but such a lovely night. Here is the video I made of them cooking a traditional Tuscan feast... and us eating it (and drinking, of course).
