Rockets fans have had to defend Harden’s game from critics for years. Just to hear people come to a revelation “man, Harden is a really good passer and floor general” or “wow he’s an underrated defender”. He’s been this if you watched the Rockets and understood the context of the team.

2 questions coach:1) I watched your triangle offense tutorial from about a decade ago. Could the Nets run that offense? It seems like it could be the most deadly triangle of all time with Harden/Kyrie bringing up the ball and making the first pass to Kyrie/Harden. Then having KD in the high post?
2) was it me or did both Green and Deandre Jordan look completely lost on defense vs Vucevic. What are they going to do against Embiid or AD? Especially if DJ gets in foul trouble?

Harden plays point guard. Kyrie and kd the two main scores. Harden will average 22 and 10 assist. Kyrie and kd will average 25 plus on 50% fg 40% from 3 and 90% from free throw. The best small ball line up that will rival the warriors small by line up in 2017 will be Harden kyrie joe harris Jeff green and kevin Durant at the 5. Impossible line up to guard. New York vs la will bring so many rating for the finals with so many story lines for the Nba. Win win for the nba and the fans
@Gavin Kitchens kyrie is a score first. Harden will sacrifice his scoring for assist. Harden lead the league in assist(a lot of people forgot). So he can do both really well

Been saying this for years. Kevin Durant has better chemistry with James Harden as compared to Westbrook. Anybody who actually watched Harden play in OKC knows this to be true. Everybody was so hyped about Westbrook setting triple double records as compared to actually playing good together as a 1-2 punch

I think that if there heavy is players KD,JH,KI where more willing to play a little bit more off ball, and move without the ball that they would all greatly improve there scoring which is scary because they are all good at 1 on 1, but imagine if they were good at 5v5 too
If it’s not part of Harden’s game his scoring would only go down I believe. Same with Kyrie. It seems like it would take away from their games.

Tbh with how often Harden was handling the ball in houston I was always wondering as to why peoole considered him a shooting guard. Idk to me a shooting guard is someone like klay thompson, who does most of his work on offense without dribbling and passing and not the main ball handling guard

What they are missing is a defensive specialist and someone who can guard the best bigs around the league. They don’t need more scoring and play making with harden and KD they need more defense and rebounding. There’s never been a champ who wasn’t in the top 10 for both offense and defense maybe this will be the first time it works but they will have to be really consistent with their jumpers.

Team tries to hold a lead but with harden that gives them more options but they lost so many role players don’t think it’s possible. Harden cool. Role players .......F not even a E because it was effortless giving everything else up for a starting 5 that looks good on paper.
Glad to see James Harden playing his all on Brooklyn. Still bitter that he had to go to another team. Hope they will reach deep into playoffs, or possibly get the championship.

If durant, irving, and harden will not be selfish this team is really scary. This is why harden wants to go to gsw because of the ball rotation. He is not a ball hog. He knows when to pass the ball and when to shoot. The only problem with him is the defense.
