Best geode nail I've come across. Probably bc the technique is different then the others. Instead of using the file to go through layers of gel polish to reveal the layers and the glitter she built it up. This by far looked the most realistic. There was similarly to the nail engineers crystal nails with the adding of paint then removing paint with a wet brush. Except this was extra. It's funny I don't do anything with my nails (and have no plan to do anything g with them) but I'm addicted to these videos
I love the comment that “I’ll do what I want”. That’s the crux of it all... whatever the client wants, whatever I want... don’t stress. It’s not hurting anyone or anything (except maybe the practice hand!). And safety first! Finally someone talks about the eyes! We wear gloves, we use dust extractors now, and no one protects their eyes! How many times have we been hit in the face with a chunky piece of glitter while e-filing? Thank you!!!!!!
One of my fav geode designs! Just watched this (2 years later🤣). Ordered trend kit and going to recreate this. I love stone nails and regardless of the trends I’ll always be doing some kind of stone inspired nails!😍

love your video. very thorough and complete. Hated that you accidentally broke the finger but I love that you said "we don't need that hand anyway"..lol... so funny I had too giggle. Really love this tutorial though, from start to finish it's excellent.

I need a friend like her who will use me as a model for her youtube videos so i can get cool ass designs every week or two lol!
