Think you got the KMI correct, hopefully the AR will see this video and learn from it with regards to the offsides. Yes, caution for the PK for DOGSO, but you had yet again, a cracking game. Loved the advantage played and then not realised to bring it back, also the advantage for the goal got disallowed for offside.
Thank you. Both teams were happy with our performance which is the main thing and I’m sure the AR will learn as he does more games. That’s why I like to delay the whistle a bit just to see what might happen
Very tough running a line. I feel it's actually tougher than being the referee myself. Two disallowed should have stood but you have to learn somewhere.
Very difficult being an assistant. It was his first game as well
6:31 - This is just not an offside offense - the assistant shouldn't be raising the flag - so advantage probably isn't what you want to signal.
6:38 - The assistant shouldn't be signaling (even half-heartedly) for a incident where you have a better view and have publicly announced you'll not be giving anything.
6:50 - Good job brining play back for the foul.
7:10 - Good decision to disallow the goal; you already pointed out the breakdown in communication/mechanics.
7:58 - Good job being present when red started having those digs well after the ball was out of play.
8:10 - Good job bringing play back again.
8:26 - I wouldn't say you need to caution for this foul, but you need to take stronger action here: the tackle is directly from behind and at least appears partly malicious. I think if you move towards red sooner to publicly admonish him you avoid the shenanigans that followed and the caution to Blue #10.
9:02 - Close, but in this match I think I caution.
9:35 - Agree that the goal should have stood.
10:50 - A caution is fine here. He only fails to get his body across the attacker within playing distance of the ball, which is a challenge for me.
12:25 - No issue with this penalty.
12:42 - The assistant is too close to the goal for a penalty during the match (that's the position for a shootout).
13:54 - Really unfortunate miss. The key is to not get sucked in by the fact that the attacker is (mysteriously) all by himself and second guess what you've seen.
For the offside at 06:31, the flag went up but because the ball was rolling to the keeper so I thought i’ll let it just play.
He is very inexperienced and I also don’t think he’s signaling, but speaking to a player whilst waving the flag which doesn’t help.
08:26 - I agree with you here, could’ve prevented it a bit sooner.
09:02 - There wouldn’t have been any complaints
12:42 - I’m not to sure why he was that close. I would say we had no time for a pre match which might of changed his position.
13:54 - I agree with you. He’ll learn once he gets a bit more experience.
Why don’t you always have audio/a mic on? I think they’re brilliant videos when you do, gives a deeper perspective of the game.
Love the videos either way.
I’m not allowed to wear it. Believe it or not, when you hear me it’s my camera mans camera. The audio on that thing is perfect. Makes it seem like I’m standing next to it
@@RefsWorld Ah that’s a shame. Even on the older videos? Like the NLW vs Underdogs one?
@MegaSlanguage I really wish I could. Same thing, just a different camera
I think for utr - 7 and 29 should of got a yellow and for saha - 10 and 32 should of got a yellow.
Also think the third goal wasnt offside but every ref makes mistakes and love the vids 👑
Just re watched it I actually think all goals that were offside were not and the player fod saha that gave away the pen should of got a card
The first offside was close, I think the other two were onside. I agree, my cards weren’t the best this game
have to say at 9:02 in the utr manny video was an awful challenge 100% straight red for me
It looks so bad and like he’s caught him knee height. On the day he did clip his heel and you can see by Saha’s reaction that there’s no surrounding me or screaming for a red. Definitely a booking but replay makes it look horrendous
8.17 red 7 fould then c5;s kick ball away and dosent get booked although saha captain 10 does for reacting two yellows here but benefit of hindsight and replay
Im so early lol
Wouldn't of been surprised if that penalty had been given a red card by some refs, kinda leaning towards a red for it though, but other that I that was refed very well. Two questionable offsides though
I think this one will cause a lot of debate. A few were close bar that last one
@@RefsWorld Theres defiantly two questionable ones but as you said he was new so probably just down to nervousness
Far side assistant has let down massively
I agree. He was new so he’ll learn from it
fail to believe that lino is qualified
It was his first ever game
All 3 offside goals was onside lol . Linesmen are just guessing on first 2 and don’t know how he’s given offside for the last one because even when he scores it he’s 5 yards onside haha.
No card for the penalty because he just got wrong side accidentally and the attacker probably wouldn’t of got it anyway.
I’m not doing this comment to abuse the assistants . Professionals give bad decisions never mind this standard . I’m just giving my opinion on the main decisions of this game
For me it looks like the first one is onside. The 2nd and 3rd look onside. For the penalty it has to be a card as it was a DOGSO. It’s whether he was making a genuine attempt for the ball or not. If he was then yellow, if not then red.
All comments are welcome. We all make mistakes. For one of them it was his first game as an assistant.
Loving the few vids I’ve watched so far. I’ve done a bit of refereeing over the years, and my 13 year old is saying he’d like to take it up next year. I think for an armature ref you do a really good job
Thanks for watching. I’d highly recommend him doing it. My only regret is I didn’t start when I was younger. Thank you
very good football quality i wish if i could join any of the teams
The standard was very good. Two top quality teams
Just come from the UTR video to this. Their big centre back should have gone for a rake down the back of someone's leg. Also, at 7:56 he fouls someone and it looks like a deliberate stamp on the inside of their thigh. He's a lucky boy. Very cynical and spiteful.
The tackle at 9:03 was revenge for the rake.
I can see what you mean at 7:56. From my angle as you can see the players legs were in the way so I couldn’t see if he’s stepped on him. On the day he caught his heel (not justifying it) so definitely a booking is the minimum. Thanks for coming over
@@RefsWorld it’s not a criticism of how you referee the game, trust me, just from what I saw on the respective videos, which obviously you’re not allowed to go over and look back at during the game 😂
Started watching your videos after the infamous 5ive Guys vs Oakwood game, as I thought I’d recognized you from refereeing other TH-cam teams and thought you’re a decent ref!
@bestintheworld568 It’s all good, I like to go over things. I would love VAR in a Sunday League game 😂
The game I will never forget 😔 Thanks mate, always looking to do well and improve
1 - definitely a yellow card for the #10 (Yellow card might be warranted for the defender kicking the ball away when he squared up)
2 - Orange card for the penalty… could see either a yellow or red given, but you had a better angle than the camera 👍🏼
3 - definitely a penalty, collides with him and no contact with the ball.
4 - Poor decision from the assistant to dissalow the goal. If he’s reading this, don’t be discouraged, we’ve all made incorrect decisions and it won’t be your last! Well done for giving a decision in the first place 👍🏼
Really enjoy your videos mate, cheers
1) I ignored him kicking the ball away as they were going back and forth but the 10’s push was completely uncalled for
2) I could definitely see either one being given. Made a huge mistake not booking him though.
3) I agree. From my angle his knee collided with him, that’s why I gave it.
4) Especially as it was his first game as assistant. He done well on the day. I remember my first game as an assistant, it’s very daunting
