One question..I like to boil pork before cooking it(Makes it healthier I guess),So will the pork release the same amount of oil after I boil it?Or should I add a little bit of extra oil after boiling the pork?
It's better not to use oil, it's more healthy. U can cook pork after boiling and let it release its oil, then keep the pork aside and cook onion and all that, after that add the pork and cook for some time. It's totally oil free recipe and delicious.
Where do we find good pork meat in Assam . As I'm new in this place . I couldn't find Good pork meat which can really satisfy me.. coz I often got bad quality one. Need your suggestion

I don't think extra oil is needed while cooking pork. It has enough oil in its pieces, just put a few fat pieces in the hot karhai.

Pork should be cooked for atleast an hour.But it seems like u cooked it for only 30 to 35 minutes.
The more masala you add in pork diminishes its real taste... So better avoid to add extra masalas
