From a pilot - technical term? He's toast. Well deserved The FAA prohibits flying within 8 hours of having a drink. Most airlines increase this to 12 hours, or more.

Putting peoples lives in danger, this should require a minimum ten year sentence.
Drinking is a big thing with airline pilots. Most of them could actually be considered alcoholics.
