The avocado you used was not fully ripe..the avocado should not be green from outside it should be a brownish, which means it will be green from inside😄

The ripe avocado is somewhat salty and is creamy buttery in texture...and it's not bitter in taste

Yashita, indian avacados are little less creamy compared to imported ones.(and imported ones are hell expensive 350-400 per piece but quite creamy to eat) And you felt bitter because it was not ready to use. You should be able to remove the stem of the avacado easily to know its ready to use or not.

You should toast the breads and then apply avocado paste on it. It will taste really good. And avocado should not be bitter,I have not tried Indian avocados but in Europe it taste really good we used to call that paste quacmoile.
