The game explains during one of the scenes (I forget which). Blue blood is visible to humans when it's fresh, but after a few hours it evaporates, and only androids can see it. Pretty much every time a human sees Connor licking the blue blood, it is still fresh enough to be seen according to the game's canon.
Ive always wondered why connor had to kill himself in the connor deviant leader ending. Like he couldnt hit the emergency exit button like every other ending?
I know this comment is old but I’m still going to reply. Connor finds the exit in the suicide ending too, only to kill himself. Which brings up the question; why didn’t Connor try to kill himself when he knew he was gonna kill Markus? For some reason CyberLife was magically no longer a threat to take him over again in that ending.
