  • Watch as I head off on a mission to some of the best untouched spots around NZ to target big snapper. Some of these spots are almost impossible to get to but we give it go and hope for the best.

    Enjoy the vids mate, my observation it would be better to film in wide format, all tvs are wide format so it will be full screen.

    Impressive ! Especially liked that you released the biggest catch. That's great for conservation. A very thoughtful fisherman.

    That channel usually isnt that fishy, really barren, dived there heaps when younger, at low tide you can walk around and avoid that crazy drop in haha good work bro!

    • @OceanNationCo
      @OceanNationCo  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yea I thought it would be pretty average on a normal day. It was so swelly and dirty there though. I went back the next day and was catching good fish every cast. I did walk back out around the rocks at low tide. Will definitely try again in a big storm 🤙🏽

    Fancy releasing the fish that swallowed the hook, one of the craziest things I've seen in fishing, unjustifiable

    • @OceanNationCo
      @OceanNationCo  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      If the hook isn’t in a critical spot they have a good chance of survival. They rust out pretty quickly.
