We have that same feed store here in Vegas too. A couple of weeks ago my daughter wanted to get a baby duck & they said we need to buy minimum 2 so we came home with 4 ducklings. But they're really cool & it's fun watching them grow & being part of the family. Congrats on your new family members.

Just use some epoxy putty stick that is made to use under water and fix it... also stop swimming in it... your displacement of water while in it put more pressure on those joints...
If me swimming in it is causing it to leak we’d have a problem, my 160lbs shouldn’t affect the other 8,000lbs although if it is I’d much rather fix it than have to worry about it. Definitely going to look into the putty tho thank you
@Finatic the only thing I can say you really did wrong is you should have fiberglassed the corners first before you used pond sheild. But for your first time I think over all you did a great job on it.. watch youtuber "king of diy" he's made a lot of those kinda tanks...

That fence is wood and short. Its not stopping any predators. If it can climb a wood tree.... it can climb a wood fence. Now if you topped the fence with a 2 or 3ft barbed wire thing, it would stop it.
Fibre glass the whole pond with 450 and 600 matting and add then but the gel coat you can mix with the resin and catalyst to paint on it will be a lot thicker and last a lot longer you can also do multiple layers of gel coat but don’t forget to buy the liquid wax additive to harden off the fibreglass matting and gel coat it will be better in the long run
Brenton you need to raise it up with fencing that has big enough holes in it that the predator can't climb it but yet small enough that they don't get thru it. But I think that'll help
Brenten you need to get a Jenny, they will keep coyotes,wild dogs bobcats etc away because they will kick the shit out of them. My father always kept them in his pastures with his sheep and he found a few dead coyotes/wild dogs in his pastures where his Jenny kicked them and kept protecting the herd.

Do a DIY search on Coyote Rollers, they will help with both the coyote and Bob cat problem.
