Is schizophrenic the type of imagination that doesn’t make sense and all of a sudden makes you throw a child off the Grand Canyon, or does it make snow cones?
The reason the Great Pumpkin killed the blanket kid is because he was standing in the pentagram, everyone knows that anything in there is a sacrifice for whatever you're summoning. Edit: And the reason it started killing the others is because it was not given a target by the summoner (because he made himself a sacrifice by being in the pentagram).
Also a pentagram is meant to keep what you summon trapped so they don’t go every where and kill things Think of the five vertices of a star as the five senses. You draw so they are attach to this realm

Well, Calvin & Hobbes was true to the original! Possibly more than the original! Always loved that cartoon and this parody cracked me right up. So did the rest, actually, even if I didn't enjoy some of the originals (eg Dilbert) 😁
Little weird they pulled a gun on a child And confusing on why parents immediately went into shock therapy for a child talking to their toy...like a kid would.. But altogether I liked the story itself
@@windtheleaf8606 Well, the sad reality is quite a few parents are like this: thinking a child talking to their toy is a weird thing to do, when in fact, it isn't.
@@EssexAggiegrad2011 Yeah, you can really see the potential they would've brought to the small screen. Heck, even Bill Patterson himself thought about the idea, but he just couldn't find the right voices for the characters how he pictured them in his head, so he cancelled any plans for an animated adaptation and just decided to leave it up for the reader's imaginations. But at least we have some fanmade animations of them. Close enough, I think.
What's even scarier is that it's very close to Bill Watterson's original plan to end the series. It was going to be Calvin's parents giving their son a come-to-Jesus lecture about how his toys aren't real and it's not healthy to play the way he does. Calvin laughs when they're gone and turns to Hobbes - who's now only the toy tiger. Doesn't speak or respond, forever. Calvin leaves the room, crying... and the immobile toy tiger sheds a single tear from its expressionless eye.
