If the petrol pump is in the city, company official or metrology department officers will conduct surprise raid on a petrol pump. They will first check the machine. During the checking process, they will open the upper compartment of machine. Where there is four seal are done by the company and metrological department. If the seal is broken or destroy during malpractices. They will order to close the petrol pump. If it is ok then they test quantity delivered by a particular machine by 5 litre jar. If it is filled upto the jar mouth then they will do the filter paper test by dropping one drop of petrol on the filter paper. If it dry up in 2 minutes then it is pure petrol and otherwise it is impure one. I don't things so petrol pump in the city will do this crime. It is not possible.

मेरे साथ भी कुछ ऐसा ही हुआ है एक बार मैं भी अपनी बाइक की पूरी टंकी खाली करके पेट्रोल पंप पर पेट्रोल भराने गया मैंने पेट्रोल वाले से बोला 200का पेट्रोल डाल दो उसने 200 का पेट्रोल डाल दिया लेकिन मेरी बाइक का मीटर नहीं उठा मैंने उससे कहा भैया पेट्रोल बहुत कम है वह कह रहा है नहीं आपके सामने ही तो भरा है तो मैंने 2 लीटर की बोतल ली और उस 2 लीटर की बोतल में मैंने पूरी की पूरी टंकी खाली कर दी उसमें कुल 1 लीटर भी पेट्रोल नहीं था

मेरा कहना तो ऐसा है की जो पेट्रोल पंप पर पाइप होता ना वह काला कलर की नहीं चाहिए एकदम उसमें पेट्रोल बाहर से पेट्रोल कितना आ रहा है वह देखना चाहिए यह सरकार की तरफ से अगर हो जाए कि सब पेट्रोल पंप पर पाइप का रंग काला न होना चाहिए तो भी अपन को पता चले की पेट्रोल कहॉ रुक रहा कहां है और कितनी उसमें हवा का मात्रा आ रहा है और कितना वह छेड़छाड़ कर रहा है धन्यवाद

For example meri gaadi mei normally 1800 se 1900 tak mei tank full ho jata hai to mei hamesha 2100 ki feeding krata hu so that auto cut ho jay aur aap sure ho jao k last gadi mei petrol bhara hai naa k last k kuch reading khali chali hain.

कमपनीयो के टैकनीकल अकसपरटस को समय समय पर पेट्रोल पंप मशीन की खुद चैकिंग करनी चाहिए के किसी पंप के कर्मचारी ने पंप के मैनेजर/ मालिक से मिलीभगत से कोई सैटीग तो नही की, अगर सरकार का इंस्पैक्टर भी साथ मिल जाए तो फिर उस पेट्रोल पंप मालिक को ऊपर वाला डील करता है, कब करता है कैसे करता है यह नही लिखुगा पर किसी ना किसी रूप मे मालिक सजा भुकते गा। लालच और अहंकार आदमी को ले डूबता है।

पेट्रोल डीसल वालो के साथ सरकार भी मिली हुई होती है। अगर ऐसा नही है तो इस बात का जवाब दे की mercides से लेकर maruti और हार्ले से लेकर xl सुपर तक किसी भी गाड़ी में बाइक में डिजिटल fuel मीटर क्यों नही दिया गया। आज के जमाने में 20ml पेट्रोल भी पड़ेगा तो डिजिटल मीटर बता सकता पर ना जी ना। fuel मीटर एनालॉग ही रहेगा। कुछ समझे अब

पर ये बताये की पेट्रोल भरते ही तुरंत वो लगायें हुए लॉक को अनलॉक करके नोजल बाहर निकल लेता है।1सेकंड भी देर नही करता है तो क्या पाइप में पेट्रोल बचता होगा, और वो फिर वापस उनकी टंकी में चला जाता होगा।

I was traveling from Bangalore to Belgaum, while in hubli I stopped for filling petrol, I asked the petrol pump guy to fill petrol of 2000, that guy intentionally filled of 500 then I said please fill of 2000, that guy continued for 500 and filled upto 1500 and told me 500+1500=2000 is filled.
I was out of my car and was watching him properly so I caught him red hand, he said sorry and continue to fill upto 2000 and went from there.
