- This video demonstrates how to wire and program digital timer module relay switch for incubation purposes. This also explains how to connect the module to a synchronous motor for making an automatic egg turner.
This video is for those of you who want to build a DIY automatic egg turner for egg incubator - connecting a digital timer to the synchronous motor. digital timer relay for egg incubator, it includes relay timer wiring diagram, egg turner motor with timer.
As you finish watching this video, hopefully, you can make your own automatic egg incubator of your own. You can build swing type, rolling type, and sliding type egg turner. then you can hatch chicken eggs, quail eggs, duck eggs etc.

What do I need for 110v input to power my 110v motors? I feel like this device will burn up if I put 110 v to the input

Can we connect the 220 v supply to the motor not sperately to another ower source but through the same power source pwering the bulb in an incubator? Please help because if we need separete power siurce for the motor then the bulb as heat source then thats too many connections instead if we can use the same line powring the bulb
The motor and the bulb require 220v, but the timer require 5 to 12 volt DC

the program is still saved event thought the power out. then when the power is back on, it will automatically run the saved program

How to set 2hrs?
Hard to see the tray movement for every 15sec. I more prefer if you use the stick.. I got confuse and almost cannot see anything.

Do not put 220V anywhere near the relay contacts. The relay contacts may be capable of handling 220Vac but the printed board layout cannot. There are electrical safety issues with the separation on the board between the relay contacts and the relay’s control circuit. Beware!!!
