Great idea boss but sina number ya Kenya hapo kwa page ya kuisetup. Opening an acct in kenya has been impossible for me tried stanchart n equity. Was told i have to show i work in kenya which i don't ama nifungue diaspora acct which i really don't want juu ya double taxation juu US inafuata hiyo n I've already been taxed. So my idea ya kuskuma doo za kujenga home has come to a halt for years. I left kenya nikiwa form 2 so sikuwa na ID ama bank. I can use my fam's accts but comingling they funds n mine n ability to log in kuona balances becomes tricky esp coz i can have 150k usd to send so kuona how is been used is important to me. Also fam akakuwa ameshikilia ma millioni kadhaa za mjengo alafu they pass (coz life happens) kuanza kudeal na next of kin kuchukua zangu can be a nightmare... thinking thru all these scenarios has become impossible for me kuingia Kenya. It's unbelievable so sijui nitajenga aje n now I'm looking at other countries outside of the US kuinvest in real estate. Alafu anaa thing i didn't like i was told to qualify for the diaspora acct lazima nimake at least half a mil a month za kenya. N i have to maintain a balance n i cannot send a whole lot at once. I was just disappointed n tired. US kufungua acct is so easy it's crazy. Long story short if there's anaa way I can get a bank acct bila US kuifikia n I can have online banking I'd be forever grateful. Nimeshindwa kuingia stocks za Kenya pia similar issues. I do have a kra pin n kenyan ID fyi. Thanks Carol

my sister got accounts kwa banks kadhaa, but alifungua account na Absa last year, wakampea loan yet it was her first time, though walifuata statement ya banks na Mpesa,she has really grown with Absa,, i hope hawatakubalisha ukora kama yenye iko kwa a certain bank (this bank used to be the best bank, but these days ni pesa tu za wenyewe zinapotea, they insist umepeana your pin, but ni inside job.huwa wanahangaisha mtu ,mpaka you give up.
