I would argue that deathstroke should take the number #1 spot because of his enhancements that allows him to see faster and can kinda zoom in on his desired targets or he should be at least second to deadshot but then again they fought and deathstroke matched his gunplay shot for shot.
Good point! The original Captain Boomerang is a classic and definitely gave Barry Allen some tough challenges. Maybe he deserves a spot in the next list!
