he's simply not a brain-dead hero. which I like. most of you guys in the comments saw that he wasn't ez to play and turned away from him. not to mention most of the showcase was with preset gear that is bad, smh. he's not great, but he isn't trash either
my question is how would they make something tailored to him when he is just based off your team already being able to bring enemies down to low hp for his passive to work?
i feel like he’s supposed to have defense ignoring during his irascible mode, but they forgot to add it in. also he definitely should have had relief relic set instead of astral lol in his rival runes lol. also, i’ve had most success with him when i run him with chu yao and liam so he can spam his % max hp follow up attack!
Im not high elo so this might be wrong. But I think he is supposed to counter mavis comps by killing the weak units like ikki with aoe units like leora and gaius. If you use him against ikki mavis with speed lead ap push and then leora/gaius, ikki dies and shouldnt go graveless. After that the enemy lacks damage and you win over time. But as you pointed out wu you and da ji dont care. Another point: maybe his passive doesnt work if units go from 50% to dead.( The clip with the donar getting revived) Perhaps they need to be at 30% at some point. (Written on my phone. I hope its readable)
few things to point out. His passive only blocks ally effects. such as mavis graveless or Daji death prevention. It does not prevent self inflicting effects like self revives from anna or R6 daji. Petros only get to shine in his your mom mode. so pair him up with CY so he dont get crit'ed, give him a hp lead for more dmg and everything, then pair him up with a good single target nuke to get him going. Its recommended to build him with high hp, crit and very very low speed on OW/Hades + avatara. with that he shines. Again, he NEEDS to be with CY
I feel he is an esper to add to a team instead of being the core of a team. But i feel he does what he needs to do. His rival rune set is horrible if that Astral procs You loose the buff to quickly. I also tested him with chu yao and liam so he can asist (if he asist he still pursuits if he is in iracible) maybe xp is a good parnet for him
Or maybe they need to revamp him like If the enemy's total max HP is below Petros, they will not get an effect from the pasif Petros. (What I'm talking about is the total max HP, not the percentage of HP in battle. I mean how can you reduce the enemy's HP percentage below 30% if they have a protective esper like lian r6, sakura r6 or even a relic that provides a shield at the start of the battle. Even after he entered passive mode, it was still not enough to defeat the enemy ) So with this new effect this guy will enter the pasif in round 1 cause of course wy and ikki is below total max hp if compare with petros. And also the entire enemy dps team will affected by petros' passive effect that they cannot gain shield from lian passive, buff, etc before entering battle
With that revamp, it also make esper with reduce total max hp skill will join the meta, like yuuhime etc. And esper with counter reduce max hp like ahmed also joij the meta for him. that will make dislyte's meta even more diverse, like we have survive team with ikki, defender team with wy, spd team with anna toland (?) And also max HP team with petros
Petros is a unit that will get better and better the more units are released. For example he counters Daji and Mavis right now, but who knows how many units his passive completely devours in the future. I think petros isnt a "Do damage" Unit. I Think he's a support unit in a fighter skin and is pretty much future proof. but I could be wrong. time is wise, I'm not lol.
It depends on your pw level cause both are pretty much pvp shimmers, wuyou I just got a week or 2 ago and I've easily rolled from average pw 16 to easily 18 and thats with me barely playing pvp just cause I dont enjoy it, ikki on the other hand is a bit more equipment heavy for his strong dmg but accells at higher levels with the right team
@@Maxweliumdepends on what you wanna do to have fun in the game, if you wanna increase your shadow runs get tevor, if you wanna pvp get ikki or wu yu, if you wanna hyper carry for k/o get Anna, all of them have great spots where they accell
@@midankcarl7097 he doesn't rely on shimmers but Anna works well with him cause they both have high sustain or you could pop him into a slow def based team with wuyo but everyone says you need r6 lian for wuyo
I mean, they're not a DPS, but the completely counter the 4rd most common and annoying meta and will probably counter a lot of units going forward. They just can't main DPS, which is why they get controls.

His passive didn’t affect Su Jurie because it only works on ally effects, like her delayed death. It doesn’t work on self revive
