Beautiful car man, I got a red one with red interior, new stereo system and everything, guy collected older cars and was gonna sell it for 1,900 but I got it for 1,350. My first car and I’m proud of it, I plan on keeping it and restoring it too.
my first car was a dodge dynasty. I kind of wish I hadn't let it go. I had the 3.0 Mitsubishi 6g72 in it - got the thing up to 240,000 miles when the transmission started slipping a little bit and I sold it. SOLID cars.
Same car my grandfather died in from a heart attack in 1994 but his was blue and an 89 with a front bench seat. I would have had this car instead of the saturn if my grandmother hadn't got into an accident with it back in the 90s. Someday I'll buy this car but an older one like an 89 because I love the interior better. I know thier extremely rare so if I can't find one then I'll have to get a 93 buick century. One of the two. I plan to keep my saturn sl1 till the engine goes out.
i just got a 1988 dodge dynasty from Craigslist for $300, needed a new muffler , new windshield(has crack) , also needs(but not important) a new paint job and new stereo bc the original one that is in it doesn't work.
Interesting how many people left positive comments on the Dynasty. I had a a1990 in the same color as this one and while it rode well, was comfortable, got great gas mileage and had plenty of power, mechanically it was the worst car I have ever owned. To start off, I do not abuse my cars and take excellent car of them. The transmission in mine failed 4 times in 70K - at 16K, at 40K, 56K and 69K. The original trans was partially rebuilt twice and replaced with a remanufactured unit the third time at 56K. That trans lasted just 13K and was replaced again just before the 7/70 warranty ran out. The heater controls overheated and melted behind the dash, almost causing a fire - which may have been a good thing? The radiator failed at 50K, the speedometer failed at 44K, the front struts started leaking at 30K and the new ones were installed incorrectly which necessitated another trip to the service department. There are the major things I remember, there were many other small things as well.
Those were good Cars to they get down the road and ran really good used to borrow my friends in high school to go on dates midsize car but had a decent backseat LOL

@@joeyconservative sure was! It was a state owned car when it was new, and sold at auction with 67k miles. I bought it with 69k. It was a cherry!
