As a violinist, I can confirm that playing is absolutely that stressful
I agree 100% I'm only a beginner tho yet i've been to 2 rectals and have been asked to play for a wedding and for when my grandparents fly out_

I see playing as a very calming thing. Music helps my every emotion. Violin is a beautiful sounding instrument, but alas, I cannot play beautiful songs yet as I am only a beginner and don't have the sheet music
I play cello but violín is good too I think that all types of music is good way to relieve stress instead of causing it like singing and playing instruments I’m only a beginner in cello though so I don’t know much when it comes to playing it I also play guitar not electric though.😊

I-i cried from watching this it reminds me when i was 5 years old and i was bullied for being friend with on of my classmate name Dinda and it also reminds me about having parent issues and with a little bit of friend. I can say that... never feeling felt freedom is... lonely and heart breaking with no love at all. Only people that loves me not like my brother who always figth with me at nigth and day, i will trust them and share my secrets with them allmost every day my parents figth and this is how i am very easy to get depressed, sadness, and anger.
